Shaw plumbing is a must for whoever needs a plumber. I had an emergency leak during the 2021 Freeze, and Douglas and his team showed when no one else did. They took care of my leak with a very reasonable price. In addition, my house caught on fire in 2022 and given my great experience with Shaw plumbing, I requested my contractor to include them in the plumbing bid. Sure enough, their price was very competitive, and they redid my entire house in one day when everyone else was estimating 3 to 4 days. I would rate them 10 out of 5 if it was possible.

Fantastic company, professional AND personable. Doug installed my water heater after my old one started leaking in the garage. Called him in the afternoon and he was here next morning with a new heater to install it himself. I just called him again to clear up the drain pipe for my AC and got taken care of me really quick. And they won't overcharge you. I wish you a lot of success because we need more companies that operate professionally, with honesty and integrity. Thank you guys.

Great, friendly service, very happy with Shaw plumbing!

Turned the sprinkler system on and found out that the light freeze we had was enough to bust out the vacuum breaker.

They came out right away and replaced the V breaker and fixed the piping so i can unhook that section and bring it inside for the next freeze. :)

I will remember them the next time i need a plumber.

I was very pleased with the ease and timeliness of communication. Fair, up front estimate was provided for adding a natural gas line connect for a generator. Was on time for scheduled window and I am happy with the outcome. I will use Shaw Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

Shaw and his team did an excellent job replacing my water heater in the attic. Their communication was outstanding throughout the entire process, from obtaining a quote to scheduling the installation and carrying it out. Their pricing was also competitive. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them for any future water heater issues!

Very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. We had these guys install some new water heaters. Surprisingly, they were actually much less expensive than anyone else. They also made sure to be very careful in our home to not damage anything or even get anything dirty. These are definitely the guys that you want to call for your plumbing needs. I will keep their information and use them for the future. Found my new plumbers. Extremely happy and highly recommended!

Our first time working with them and the entire experience was AMAZING! Very professional, reliable, and reasonable. Being a perfectionist I was skeptical about remodeling the bathrooms in my house. Shaw Plumbing Company came to do not one but two bathroom remodels in my house and the work was absolutely amazing and fairly priced. They are very professional and courteous. Their customer service is great, they were on time, and, very clean. The plumber that showed up went the extra mile for us. We're very satisfied with the service that was provided. We were lucky enough to find Shaw Plumbing Co. through a coworker who recommended.....and boy are we glad we did! We had a service line break underneath the driveway and were completely without water. Within an hour after I called the owner Doug arrived and had a plan to get us up and running quickly. Best of all the price was extremely affordable especially since this was an unexpected expense and unsure if my insurance will cover this. The crew were prompt, professional, and did great work, even replacing the dug up sod for minimal landscape disruption. Hopefully we wont have any more future plumbing surprises but glad if so I will have an honest, great plumber to call......Highly recommend!!!!

I hired Doug Shaw with Shaw Plumbing to do a total pex repipe of my 4000 sq ft home which is very complicated with all of the additions I have done through the 36 years that I have lived here. Four full bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, the works. They also had to tunnel under one of my bathrooms and tunnel 100 ft to connect to my septic because the original concrete pipe under the house had collapsed, affecting two of the bathrooms. They were amazing. Great work, very polite and respectful, picked up after themselves. I couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend them for any and all plumbing jobs.

Great experience from start to finish! Doug reached out shortly after I submitted my request for water heater replacement and was able to provide me a quote over the phone. He was very polite and professional. I followed up with him after receiving quotes from various companies and we scheduled for a couple days later. Price wise, Shaw plumbing was competitive with others. I decided to go with Shaw because of the initial impression Doug left when we spoke on the phone. That impression followed through completion of the work. Doug was responsive and thorough in communicating leading up to install. Once on site, he and his colleague were equally as pleasant, they were personable and efficient in completing the install. They even vacuumed and cleaned up the area once they finished. Great experience and I highly recommend! I will definitely work with Shaw plumbing for future needs.

Shaw Plumbing (Doug Shaw owner), did a total PEX repipe, a total bathroom re-plumbing, tunneling to reconnect bathroom and 100 foot sewage pipe replacement for us.
They showed up on time every day as promised, started and finished the job as promised. All the personnel that came to our house was very professional, courteous and very good at their craft.
Every future plumbing project in our house will be done by Doug Shaw and his team.
And last but not least their pricing was super competitive. A+
