Michael diagnosed our problem quickly and gave me a very thorough explanation of my home's sewer plumbing and his recommendation. That same day he sent over a report detailing his findings and proposal. We knew the repair work would be expensive, so it was nice having Michael, who did not have a conflict of interest as he did not do repairs, tell us what work was needed. We carried out Michael's proposed plan with a good plumber that does repair work. A year later Michael came back out to do some hydrostatic tests and answered some more of my questions. Because of Michael, my wife and I have a good sense of our old home's sewer plumbing! That's a peace of mind we did not have at the start.

I recommend Michael Busch to the people I know if they want a drain inspection done. I will continue to check his availability first if I ever need his services.
