Completely flabbergasted at the idiocy of these people. If u call expect to wait at least 2hours on hold then be disconnected. They cannot answer any of ur question because they simply have no clue. The employees are low educated and poorly trained but have an arragant attitude thinking they are of importance with a city job. The company itself is built on scams. They cheat ppl on their bills. They are rude to customers. They make huge mistakes and cannot correct them. I can go on and on and on. Good job Cleveland.

$1400 bill for running toilet in basement. Won't help at all. I paid/charged $650 of it (as much as I could) And now they have stopped picking up my trash. So i have trash accumulating on my front lawn. Called and left a message and number with live person over a week ago. Still no response.

Let me just pile on to the bad reviews. I have tried to reach out to pay a bill and no one has gotten back to me. I am looking forward to them sending me to collections for their ineptitude. They must share staff with the water department. If you want to watch government inefficiency and incompetence in action. Move to The Cleveland area and use the mandatory water services here. It makes you want to dig a well and tell these people to take a hike.

Good experience with their specialist drain and sewer cleaning service. The technician was professional and worked efficiently to clear the blockage in our sewer line. Everything is draining much better now. The only reason for 4 stars is that the appointment window was a bit longer than expected, but overall the plumbing repair and cleaning service was solid and reliable.

They have removed and installed a new sink . They are very professional and on-time. They have done a beautiful job. Their price is very affordable based on their quality work. Paul is very responsive and very customer-oriented.

I was prepared to have Pipe Doctors install a new faucet. However, the Pipe Doctor tech new exactly what to do to repair the old faucet. He also was able to unstuck my hot water valve in case I would need to close the valve in the future. Only cosy was a trip charge. I have used Pipe Doctors in the past and they get the job done for a reasonable price.

Ok, first of they actually showed up and on time, originally hired ARS and they kept putting me off and rescheduling me till I had enough I was without water for 3 days and was lucky enough to find Pipe Doctors he fixed it in about 5 minutes and even carried a VERY HEAVY load of wet towels out to my washer for me. Thank you Lord. We now have a new plumber.

Installed a 20 gallon electric water heater incorrectly for $650.00. New 20 gallon water heater was installed in an office building, City stated it was not large enough for square footage, emptied & removed to storage December 2023.
We had to contact another plumber to correctly install, replace element & pay more money. Very dissatisfied!

Greg came by to fix my leaking toilet. It was a wax ring that was in need of being replaced. He did a great job. He was very prompt, knowledgeable, courteous. I would recommend Pipe Doctors LLC.

They were able to quickly come out and get the pipes repaired.

I asked the guy named Paul as a master plumber to come and install two toilets, a kitchen faucet and fix the shower faucet. I talked to him on the phone and explain the scope of work. He made an appointment for 4:00PM. At 5:30PM two guys showed up at my door and said they are plumbers. Paul never came. I checked the price on the phone and he told me between $350-$400 depends on parts that they use. they started working on toilets and started complain that we were under impression that it was just one toilet. I agreed to pay the $100 more and they accepted. these two guys were apprentice but unfortunately I realized late when they try to replace the valve cartridge and damaged that. they jumped out of the house and told me that they need to go get a new valve from Home Depot. After they left my house I received a call from Paul which it is 9:00PM and if I need to get that valve fixed I need to pay $300 extra. I told him that it was their fault and they damaged the valve. he told me " OK you can wait until tomorrow afternoon then we will come and fix it" I told him I need water in the house, my family live here and he sail " water is luxury, nobody dies without water for 24 hours". to make the story short, I told him that I won't pay his money until they fix that valve and after some shout out on the phone I went and bought a new complete set of shower and those guys came back and fixed it.
That was a bitter experience for me. I would never ever again use their services and never again go after chipper price. I should have gone with companies that have good reputation. it might be slightly more expensive but you can get a better service with less hassle.
That one star is just because I can't give them Zero star. there is no option for that.
P.S.: I just came across the response from the business owner that says my comment was fabricated and exaggerated. I would like to say that all the experience was based on fact and completely true. This is an easy way to confuse new customers by saying that. I don't care at all but I assure you that you will have the same experience if you trust these scammers. 5/2/2023

Had an appointment with Pipe Doctors today. Was asking for a second opinion on a water heater replacement. The technician, Steven, was great. He arrived at within 10 minutes of our scheduled appointment time. Gave me an assessment tat was online with the previous company and said he could get it done same day. He drained the old WH and left to purchase a new one. He returned and was met by a girl supervisor, Greg, to install the replacement. Easy breezy. They were both professional, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company. Ask for Steven.

I called fairly late at night. The call was answered, and plans were made for a repair the following day. I was at work the day of the repair, but my wife had no complaints at all. The leak was fixed and I feel the price was reasonable.

This is my go-to plumber. They are knowledgeable, honest, quick to come, reliable and lifesaving!
