Very prompt service. I had a broken pipe and Paul and his team were very pleasant to deal with and addressed the issue within a few hours of calling them. Price was reasonable, and the issue was fixed and water supply restored.

I have been using Paul with Pipe doctors for over 20 years. Great service. Once, my business had a water main leak outside. The landlord called a plumber who came out and could not fix the problem. Meantime, my business was closed due to no water. I convinced the landlord to try Paul at Pipe Doctors. Paul came out, in the middle of the night, and fixed the problem. Paul knows what to do.

Paul and the Tech Greg, have always done top notch work at a fair price. I trust them too! They came to my house the second time and both times the technician was incredibly inappropriate and rude. He would not explain the problem that was causing the leak. He was here less than 15 minutes and I was lucky he evened stopped to tell me what the problem was.

Paul, the owner, was exceptionally kind, patient, and welcoming—even toward someone like me, a frail elderly customer. He and his assistant, Crag, installed a 50-gallon Bradford White RG250T6N water heater with great care and professionalism. Their work was clean, efficient, and thoughtfully executed. They took the time to answer all my questions without hesitation. I was truly impressed and will gladly add them to my trusted list of family “pipe doctors.”

This is a wonderful company. They really strive for excellence. I had been without hot water for a few days and they immediately managed to squeeze me in asap. My hold up for the delay wasn't do to there availability it was due to insurance issues. This company really does what is humanly possible to meet your situation. I’ve used Paul for several jobs and have been extremely happy with the results every time. He and his team replaced my bathroom sink faucets and both shower mixing valves, which wasn’t an easy task considering the guest bathroom is over 60 years old.

I’ve also used them for a main line replacement. Both jobs were completed seamlessly, on time, and with great attention to detail.
