We called Mammoth team for an estimate on an Air conditioner system for our home.
They quickly responded and set up an appointment to come to our house for a Free estimate. They came on time and was extremely friendly and professional. They came back fast with a reasonable rate, we did however had three estimate to choose from and choose to go with the people who replaced our furnace back in 2018. Even though we did not go with them we highly recommend them.

There techs. Drive like they just left the drag strip and love to drive 90 mph on the freeway and if you are not doing the same they ride ur bumper and almost hit you.. please do youself a favor and not hire these people. If they can not follow the law, what makes you think they will inside your home with all your personal belongings laying around I would post the pictures i took one of there drivers but it won't let me... There are plenty of other plumbing company's around that respect the laws-posted speed limits

This company is HORRIBLE! I called for someone to come out and look at my water heater that went out. I was told technician would come out in 1 hour. Then Timmothy calls to tell me he wont be out unitl 5-530.. and proceeds to ask me what wrong with water heater. I tell him what I see then he starts asking me what type and model ( ok so why is he coming if I m givning him all info on the phone) He then proceeds to tell me that they probably wont be able to fix it that I need A NEW ONE . He asked me several times if I still wanted him to come out after everything he told me and I said yes. He then calls back about 30 min later to tell me that I will more than likely need another on which would cost 1500-1700$ & asks me AGAIN if I would like for him to come out, I told him let me check with husband so he calls back for a 3RD time, I tell him to come out & he AGAIN tells me it will be later in day and states 3 more times that he probably cant fix it & has the nerve to tell me so you STILL WANT ME TO COME OUT AFTER I TOLD YOU HOW MUCH ITS GOING TO COST TO RELACE? . I basically gave him a peace of my mind and told him if I WANTED A PHONE QUOTE I could have called anybody! he then got very rude and unprofessional with me tell me if you don t want me to come out then that s fine with me lady, I don t care what you do! What makes things worse is that I called the office and spoke to DIANE who promised me that JOHN the owner would call me back the next day.... well NO CALL BACK! This place is UNPROFESSIONAL FROM TOP TO BOTTOM! We ended up using JOHN MOORE pluming ...VERY SATISFIED with customer service work...EVERYTHING!
