My review has nothing to do with work they performed, but of the kindness of one of their employees. I had a flat tire returning home from the dentist office where my wife had oral surgery. She was very groggy from the drugs they gave her and I was trying to get her home ASAP. After I pulled out the spare tire from her vehicle trunk, I realized there was no jack. Then, a gentleman by the name of Emilio Bautista from Z & C Plumbing stopped and rescued my wife and I. He spoke only Spanish and I don't but he went right to work and changed the tire for me. At the end, I tried to pay him but he refused to accept my money. It is so refreshing to know that there are still Good Samaritans in this crazy world we live in. I called Z & C Plumbing to share my story and to let them know they have a great employee in Emilio. Whenever I need a plumbing work done at my house, I will give Z & C a call.

Chris and his team were extremely helpful with assessing and remedying the issues at our home. He was responsive and willing to go above and beyond to help. Highly reccomend!

Really like this place!

This location is tucked out of the way and easy to miss. This store specializes more with commercial plumbing, but they are increasing their residential sales and inventory.

I first found out about this place from one of their employees (Nathan) who saw my truck driving down the road and gave me a call. He arranged an appointment with me to come tour the facility and see if they might offer any brands or product I couldn't get from my current plumbing supplier. Let me tell you, after seeing their facility, I am 100% sure this is the cleanest plumbing supply in Houston! Everything is arranged neatly, you can call in or email an order which they'll start pulling right away in most cases, and their inventory manager Chris stays hard at work organizing and ordering new products!

Nathan showed me that their entire team works together to create the best buying experience for their customers. I never went to a supply house where everyone introduced themselves to me and I learned what each person did to help get my products available to me.

I like that this store carries Gerber toilets. They also carry Lochinvar water heaters, which I have no experience with, but for those interested they do come with a standard brass gas control valve, not the Honeywell Digital valves.

5/5 stars! Very happy with their selection and service.

Terrible customer service

Keep you on hold for ten minutes then says we’re sorry there is no one to take your call. Guess I wouldn’t be on hold to start with if there was no one to take my call !!
