I can’t say enough great things about True North Strategic Plumbing! I’m an interior designer and call them for ALL my jobs. Jose is extremely skilled, experienced, reliable, trustworthy and always does an excellent job. I highly HIGHLY recommend them. I absolutely couldn’t do my job without them.

They give me 4 hours window to arrive never show up or call me to let me know , I called there office they said we will call you back and fix the issue never called me back. Wasted my time get appointments after one week and wait them the whole day and they never showed up or even call me to let me know

I am so happy to have found this company! Mark was so knowledgeable and professional. After my meter was pulled for a possible leak, Mark and his assistant took care of the red tag items on my water heater and furnace and got them up to code. His diligence also found a leak that he addressed immediately. He made a stressful situation bearable by coordinating efficiently with the City by getting the permits for a successful inspection. I will recommend this company and Mark highly to friends and family in the future!
