Por apoitmen. Chequea en la puerta 33. Empiezan alas 5:15 am. En una hora descargado. Me párese que no cierran la puerta en la noche.

Pesimo son las 6am estan las puertas solas y tienes que esperar hasta la cita 10am y no hay sanitario para los conductores si te tienen mucho tiempo aqui minimo deveria de aver sanitario👎

I came to make a delivery that weighed it 6000lbs that where like 10 pallets and they spend 3 hours to unload me 😂😂 it’s funny now, but it was crazy how they took so long.
POV: I saw them sitting behind my trailer talking like nothing.

1st and last time I delivered to this place in houston they donot take you if you are 30 minutes early even if they have no trucks on their docks this is the must bad places I have delivered in 25 year off driving

They have limited receiving hours 5.15am to 10.30am . They take your load only appointment time.u can park in lot for overnight if u come here before 6.30pm they close the gate and lock u inside the lot.outside gate only one truck can park no restroom.quick unload

This place is horrible, informal, the brokers are liars or disrespected by this company, two days to unload and here guess which door will open to check

I purchased an item, it came defective. I sent it back upon their request and they were supposed to issue a full refund, but they kept the returned item and my refund. To this date I have not received a refund from H.D. Supply. I get the round around from their reps. I lost over $745.84 bucks! Beware of this company!

Our small business purchased floor tiles that we later learned were defective. We spent six weeks calling almost daily -- being transferred to one person after another and retelling our story over and over and over again. When I threatened contacting my attorney to facilitate getting a refund, they responded a bit better. The refund has been promised but we have received only about 25% of the full amount to date. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
