Brody took the time to clearly explain what needed fixing and why it was important, which I appreciated. He did an excellent job, made sure everything was cleaned up before he left—even though I told him it wasn't necessary—and was a genuinely friendly person, which makes a big difference when someone is working in your home. I felt the price for the work was very fair, especially considering the quality and how long he was here. Even the person who answered the phone was super friendly and helpful.
