Service was fast, and dispatch was great, but unfortunately, we didn't go with them. They were a bit out of our budget and tried to sell me a $600 flush before even really diagnosing the problem so I could just imagine what the price would be after the repair. I ended up buying a pump and chemicals to flush for about $300, and after a bit of YouTube, I order the $80 part and did it myself. I would have gone with them if they had told me the issue and then recommended a flush, but they didn't and felt like the technician was just trying to make a little extra money. Obviously the flush didn't fix the problem and needed a water flow server and sensor. We have zero experience with plumbing and we were able to diagnose(guess) the problem, so I don't understand how a certified plumber couldn't do that and go straight into a diagnosis and not try and sell us a $600 flush. Would i recommend? NO simply because everyone is struggling out here and people don't have money just to throw away. Trust is a big thing with us and I dont trust that plumber that went to service us thanks

Always been there for us every time we had an issue and we have had lots of issues over the last 20+ years. Our house is more than 80 years old with old house problems. Mr. Chavez has never given us anything but great prompt dependable service and always for very reasonable price. I don’t ever write reviews. Truthfully this is my first, but felt I had to this time for Chavez Plumbing and their great service.

I have been with Chavez Plumbing for 5 to 7 years, no one comes close to the workmanship and knowledge of Julio Chavez and his team. I have sent many people to Chavez Plumbing and in some cases there had been an issue that other plumbers could not solve and Chavez will take care of the problem when no one else can. There is no one that compares to Mr. Julio Chavez and the wonderful people that work at Chavez Plumbing. From the office team led by Vicki to the guys that work with Mr. Chavez this is an A+++ team that you can trust with all of your plumbing needs and problems.

Chavez Plumbing installed a new toilet, and reinstalled the kitchen sink, knocked out of place by movers around 2022. The work was excellent.
During the February 2025 freeze, none of my faucets would open. I called them at 8:00am expecting they would have dozens of calls before mine. They were at my house by 10:00am, and immediately noticed the front yard faucet pipe was frozen. It was defrosted in about 10 minutes or less.

I spent about a hour with YouTube videos and ChatGPT trying to fix a faucet problem before I gave up. I called Chavez Plumbing based on several positive reviews and they lived up to that reputation.
They came out when they said they would, identified the problem quickly, and fixed it. They were more than fair on pricing. Definitely my first call for plumbing needs in the future.

Chavez plumbing has become my go to plumbing company from installing a new gas line in my kitchen so I could have a gas stove in my island to repairing a cracked sewer line in my ceiling to now a grease clogged sewer line in one of my rentals. They always get me taken care of within about a day at most if not same day service. Thank you for saving me again.

Mr. Chavez was prompt and did a great job. I called Saturday morning for an estimate and he came over right away. Gave me an estimate and he started immediately. He was very professional and left everything clean. He will be my go to plumber for any issues from now on.

The owner and the technician (Chris) both went above and beyond to provide an excellent service in replacing my water heater. Excellent in every way. I highly recommend their services.

Had toilet repair done last week. Similar job was done at end of 2022. Shocked that the cost was almost 3x higher than last time. Their cost has increased significantly even with customer supplied parts.

Chris is excellent in communicating. He was prompt and friendly. He took photos and showed me the problem. Highly recommend.

Great customer service setting up the appointment and follow through to same day service. They're veteran friendly too.

Hector and team came out to fix a few miscellaneous things from a home inspection. He was very responsive and they always call or text regarding their ETA.

All the work was done properly and tested and their invoice included pictures of the work and even some before/after photos where necessary.

Best of all, they're respectful of property and wear shoe coverings inside (and they remove them outside! It's pointless to wear them outside AND inside the house) and clean up after themselves.

I couldn't be happier with Acacias. Hector came out quickly after being called for a leak somewhere in my yard and did a large amount or probing to narrow down the leak. Turns out to have been a heck of a time, with pipes on top of pipes, all under a french drain making the repair very hard to get to the damaged portion of the pipes. I felt bad at all of the unexpected surprises and told Hector he should feel free to charge me more or whatever is fair for the additional unexpected complications - to which he refused and said he would stick to his word. I couldn't be happier at the service and Hector himself was a pleasure to deal with, very friendly, honest, and kept me up to date with his timing, arrival and findings - he was also very welcoming to allow me to hover around and ask questions. Highly recommend him.

One of your drivers exhibited unsafe driving behavior today, February 25th, at 19:20. The driver cut in front of me while exiting a Walmart parking lot and subsequently made turns without signaling, creating a hazardous situation. I do have a dash cam unfortunately google cannot upload it.
