Acacias Plumbing is my go-to resource for any problems that crop up. This time I had a stopped-up garbage disposal that needed a professional solution and they came through, scheduling my appointment the next morning. Chris, the technician, called in advance to let me know when he’d be arriving. He promptly diagnosed the problem, offered a few cost-efficient approaches then performed the option I chose. He was quick, professional, courteous and very helpful regarding how to deal with similar situations in the future. I am very satisfied with Acacias' services and highly recommend them.

The guys were fast, effective and clean. Swapped out two water heaters to one tankless in less than a day.

CRIS was very knowledgeable and detailed about what needed to be done. He help me find the faucet I needed for my shower as well as fix the leak in my wall. I would definitely recommend Acacias plumbing and Cris to family and friends.

We have used Acacias for a lot of our plumbing issues over past few years. Their prices seem reasonable and they do good work. I appreciate their honesty. Today I asked them to come out and flush my tankless water heater, but when they checked it they said that work was not needed till a year later. I always appreciate any business that does not try to push a service that is not necessary.

Dispatch operator was unable to answer questions about whether this company can order parts for service rather than just install new systems , and they are not able or willing to talk to their contractors about this.

We had a minor emergency today! Called many plumbers and no one was able to come out until we call Acacias! Hector came out in 1.5 hours! He promptly assessed the situation and gave me a few options to make sure my needs were met! Hector fixed everything asap.
He also shared about their membership and the deals that come along with that perk!

Outstanding experience. Submitted a project request through Yelp on a Sunday morning. Received a prompt reply to schedule first thing Monday as I requested. Service team member showed up right on time, was exceptionally polite and professional, and fixed my clogged pipe without issue. He also patched a minor leak under the sink bowl at no additional charge. Will go back to Acacias without hesitation for all future plumbing needs.

Our house is from the 30’s as we need constant repairs with very tiny access underneath our home. We had our shower drain backed up pretty badly. Upon calling Acacias plumbing, Robert the plumber, was able to come out within a few hours & assess. The next day both him & Dallas tackled getting the line drained & cleaned out at a very reasonable price. Both him & Dallas were incredibly friendly, honest & informative. All around five stars as we know these jobs aren’t easy & the most fun, especially in 100 degree Houston weather. Thank y’all for your help, we hope to use you in the future!

Hector Jr., Dallas, and the team were great in quickly resolving my plumbing issues. They were able to come to my house short notice on a weekend night, and also, they were excellent in answering questions and being available. I was having problems with my water heater, and he was able to come take a look at it the day I called. He gave me multiple options, and wasn't just trying to sell me a new water heater. I did choose to go with a new water heater just because mine was pretty old already and I didn't want to deal with more issues in the near future. The installers were knowledgeable and professional.

My hot water heater wasn’t working for weeks. I tried to fix it myself by replacing the pilot assembly, but nothing worked. I finally called Josiah & Sons Plumbers. I explained the issue and Levi figured out what was wrong, ordered a part, and showed up right when he said he would. I thought the gas valve needed to be replaced, but Levi tried the pilot light again and got it working. Another plumber had told me I’d need a whole new unit for about $2,000, or that a new gas valve would cost $325, but Levi just got the pilot going and was honest about what he did. He could have replaced the part or said I needed a new heater, but he only charged me for the service call, which was a huge relief. Now I have hot water again!

We have counted on their services for years to handle all our plumbing needs. They consistently deliver with the utmost professionalism, honesty, friendliness, and superb value. we called about a plumbing issue and got an update from the office that a plumber would come out the next morning. we got a call and a text letting us know when the plumber was on the way, and they told us his name and when he'd get here. he showed up right on time, fixed our plumbing problem, and explained everything he was doing. pedro was the plumber who helped us, and he was very professional. we are really happy with the work. we've also used them before for our bathroom and kitchen remodels, and they always do a great job. definitely call them for any plumbing needs!

i’m so glad i found josiah & sons plumbers! after calling around and waiting days for other plumbers in houston to get back to me, i finally came across them online. bryan showed up the next morning after i called about a bad leak under my house that had forced me to turn off my water. he got right to work and replaced four leaking pipes in just half a day, which was amazing. the bill was very fair, much less than i expected for all that work. bryan was really friendly, honest, and clearly knows a lot about plumbing. i don’t know what i would have done if he hadn’t helped me out so fast. i’ll definitely recommend them to my friends and will call again if i ever have more plumbing issues!

A plumber worked on my elderly parents’ home after they were told they needed a $5000 sewer line replacement. Pedro and his team took great care of them. They came out on a Saturday with less than a day’s notice, bringing all the right tools and know-how to handle the job. After a full inspection of the pipes, they found out a replacement wasn’t needed. They cleaned out the pipes using their equipment and had the water running again in about an hour, all for just a few hundred dollars instead of thousands. It was such a relief to find plumbers I could trust to help my parents and treat them honestly. I highly recommend Pedro and the whole crew. A+++
