Levi was extremely helpful with our plumbing problems. When I called late on a Sunday evening about a serious backup that caused water to flood into our bathroom and laundry room, Levi quickly explained what was happening and guided us through the next steps. He even recommended a trustworthy septic specialist, which really helped. After the septic issue was fixed, we had Levi return to handle a leaking pipe. He was very responsive and arrived the next morning. I appreciated how clearly he explained everything and his honesty made me feel confident about the repairs. The work was finished quickly and the price was fair. I’m glad we found such a reliable plumber and highly recommend Josiah & Sons Plumbers. I know exactly who I’ll call next time I need plumbing help!

i’m very grateful for josiah & sons plumbers and their amazing team, especially scott and jay! we had a big problem when our kitchen pipes started leaking because of the texas heat, and i was worried it would take forever for someone to come fix it. luckily, they came out the same day and got everything repaired quickly! they explained what they were doing and made me feel comfortable the whole time. just a couple days later, our water heater started leaking and wouldn’t stop overflowing. we called again, and scott and jay showed up right away. they helped us figure out the best solution, and had a new water heater installed super fast. both times, they were friendly, professional, and clearly knew their plumbing. highly recommend for anyone needing a plumber in houston!

Ripping people off. Take advantage of the situation where home owner doesn't know much about the issue. The water heater unit was working perfectly, then we had to shut down the gas line due to some work outside of the house. When the gas line turned back on, we couldn't able to lit on the gas on the water heater. I was away for business, wife called this riff off company and the technician came by and said the ignition fuse box has to be replaced, cost about $300 or so. After the replacing the part, the guy said the total cost is $952 for the job. What the heck? I could replace the entire unit including the water tank for $1000 or less. We have no choice but to pay for it because the work has already completed. Btw, they charge you $130/hr. BE AWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They said they in business since 1974, but that was just a horse shhhitttt.

I’ve been using Terrell and his crew for a long time for my business. I won’t go to anyone else. They get it right every time. Christine is a doll at helping me get an appointment set up ASAP. I recommend Sword Plumbing to everyone who needs a job well done.

Mr. Sword is disabled unfriendly, inappropriate, comes out and promises something and has no honor nor integrity in keeping his word. When called, emailed and texted he and Christine refuse to get back to you and then when asked what is going on he refuses to take a call or take a job at any price at all. Inappropriate to knowingly strand one in a wheelchair with zero options. Christine will also hang up on you when politely calling. Use him at your own peril. I have all documented and would be happy to share.

Christine was great at keeping me updated with my status during the recent freeze/pipe bursting week. Chris and Doug came late at night and stayed until the pipe repair was done. They also fixed a toilet that just so happened to leak into my downstairs. I cannot thank them enough for their great service and advice. I have used them in the past and highly recommend them. They are very honest and do a great job.
