Primary Plumbing has been my plumbing company for years. They are professional, reliable and their prices are more than reasonable. I own a few homes and they have done everything from installing new pex-pipes in one house to installing an entire second bathroom in another also new valves under kitchen sink and simple things like installation of toilet mechanisms in a condo. One other professional feature of high value
is, estimates without charge. This is what I expect from a great company. Overall I have been very impressed with ALL of the entire staff, starting from the top, Mr Munos, Stacy the secretary and Hugo one of the great plumbers. They are not only very knowledgeable of the profession but also very kind and friendly. Needless to say that I will continue to use this company for all my plumbing needs and will continue to recommend them to my friends and family.

We are a Home Renovation Company and have only used Primary Plumbing Services because of the professionalism and quality workmanship. I was impressed with their operation from the very beginning. We serve high end homes, and my customers are also ecstatic with their work. I recently received a call on a Sunday from a friend/sub-contractor wanting the number of my plumber because he had a plumbing emergency from his elderly parents. I followed back the next day and he said he was very happy with the plumber's (Andrew) work. He said he was on time, clean and did the work on a timely manner.

This company not only has great plumbing technicians but I am also very impressed with the logistics of making this company run. Stacy is on top of things, I always get a call back when I request information. This company has done small jobs and large jobs and am very happy with their services. I had emergency work that needed to be done because my sewer line was collapsing. I got quotes from other plumbers and they were basically trying to rob me. These guys came in, saw the work that needed to be done, calculated it, sent me the contract, and were on the job the next day. As far as I know the work is done right and clean. I would hire them again for the expedient delivery.

Primary Plumbing came out on a Saturday when an exterior pipe ruptured and we needed immediate help. The professional came out and did an exceptional job... going above and beyond what was needed to solve and future proof the problem. They are life savers.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!! WENT IN DAY BEFORE TO SCHEDULE APPOINMENT. TALK TO LADY NAME ERICA. SUPPOSE TO HAVE BEEN FIRST ON THE LIST FOR THE NEXT DAY. GET A CALL FIRST THING THE NEXT MORNING THAT I WAS PUSH BACK TO SECOND ON THE LIST BECAUSE THEY WAS SHORT HAND. OK THAT FINE, THEN I GET A SECOND ASKING I WAS SCHEDULE BETWEEN 1;30 TO 3;30 TOLD THAT WAS INCORRECT. LADY TOLD ME THAT THE PLUMBER WAS ON HIS WAY.I WENT TO THE RESTROOM MISSED A CALL FROM THEM AND I CALL BACK AND ERICA TOLD ME THAT BECAUSE I DID NOT ANSWER THE PHONE THEY SEND I PLUMBER TO ANOTHER JOB.DID NOT KNOW THAT I HAD TO KEEP MY PHONE WITH ME IN THE RESTROOM WITH THESE PEOPLE. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.DID NOT TRY TO HELP ME AT ALL. JUST A HOLE BUNCH OF BULL!!!! CALL BACK SEVERAL TIMES TRYING TO SPEAK TO ROBERT OR DOROTHY PACE EVERYTIME SAID THEY WAS IN NOT IN THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK . NEVER GOT THAT CALL YET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Busted plumbing during the terrible Houston Texas freeze. Plumbers and plumbing companies were swamped. Pace showed up and took care of my problem immediately...

Horrible experience, very unprofessional. We get things go wrong, however they would not even come out any look, the just apologized that they didn’t have people to assess and left us with 1,250 bill.
