Everyone from Sword Plumbing provides excellent service. They are the most honest, dependable, and professional plumbing company. I have always trusted them with any plumbing issues. They fix the problem the first time and always give me the best recommendations. If I have a plumbing issue I don't even consider contacting any other company, Sword Plumbing is my first phone call. Mr. Sword came out for an appointment to check on a walk-in tub installation for a person in a wheelchair who needs it asap. He said he would get a quote even after we said that we were fine with going ahead with the repairs. And then there was no communication at all for 2 weeks, even after multiple emails, text messages, and calls. This put us behind schedule on installation.
Now he says he won't take the job when it was his lack of communication back to us.
Unprofessional, not responsive, avoid at absolutely any and all cost.

Excellent work and follow up .....will always use Sword plumbing.

I am an out of state owner who needed a new water heater for a rental property. The main thing about Champion Plumbing is that they are honest and straightforward. They explain their recommendation in terms that you can evaluate and use to make a good decision. They did a good repair for a fair price in a reasonable time (next day).

I broke my water line between the meter and my house on a Saturday morning. These guys had a plumber at my house within 2 hours. Work was performed well and promptly. Price seemed fair. Will definitely call them for future needs.

We have had Primary work on our commercial projects before and this being on first plumbing issue at our home, they did an awesome job! It's wasn't an immediate issue so didn't expect it but they took care of us and came out the same day and fix the issue. Being it Houston it is hot so respect to the workers!

I have called 3 plumbers and all said they would show up and don’t. I called primary plumbing and bam lady says hey we have someone going to your area we will be there. Hugo showed up and talked to me about options and he fixed my ac drain problem that was clogged and needed a new drain pipe. Professional good price and great job. This will be my company to go to. Primary was recommended by two friends now I know why.

They are your ideal family ran business and treat their customers this way and based on my many experiences with their employees, I know they treat them as family. They do an amazing job. I'm in the restaurant business so a lot of our issues happen after hours and on the weekends, however, with Primary, you can always be sure that they will be there in a flash to help you with your problems. Amazing experiences with these guys, time and time again.
