Had a leak in the front yard. Had no idea where it was coming from. Emilio responded promptly, came out here fast, found the problem and fixed it. He was honest, and quoted me a good price and was ***HONEST*** about it... that is the most important thing!!!! I highly recommend him and would definitely use him again for anything plumbing related!

Awesome! These guys came in, diagnosed the issue in about 10 min and had it fixed in less than an hour. They had to cut through some drywall to get the repair and the patchwork looks amaizing. You can't even tell it was cut out. Great company!

Good communication and came at the agreed time which is more than I can say about the first plumber that I contacted who was a no show twice. My clogged drain was opened and trap correctly reinstalled. Seemed reasonable for an after hours same day call.

Emilio came out fast when I called about a leak that was a busted pipe. They mitigated the issue until they got
the part and came back to finish the repair. The pricing was fair and the communication was good. I would definitely use there service again.

A plumber came out to check for a busted pipe since there was water leaking from the Ceiling directly under the master shower, they turned on the water and checked and waited for leaks, cut a hole in the wall to look at the pipes in the shower and eventually said it wasn’t a plumbing issue it was the roof vent. Also charged us $300. Immediately fixed that and checked after it rained to make sure the problem was fixed, and there was no leaking so we thought it was. When we turned on the Water to the shower upstairs it started leaking through the ceiling downstairs right away. They came back out and said there was a leak/crack but not one they could fix. When I called the owner back he said there was nothing he could do about the hole in the wall and that “mysterious leaks are hard to find”. My question is why would you cut a hole in the wall before you even tried turned on the water to the shower when it was obvious source of the leak?

I've used Get It Done since 2016 when I bought my house and it immediately sprung a big leak in the ceiling. We did a pex repipe at that time for very reasonable fee, quick turnaround and patched all the holes in the drywall that many plumbers said they wouldn't do. Since then, Emilio and team have come out to fix an outside leak at the hose bib, install rain shower and new faucets in bathroom, fix indoor leaks, install tankless heater and flush annually.

Getting scheduled is so straightforward and quick. I've always been happy with the service, turnaround, professionalism and rates.

Bad communication, will cancel appointments despite stating that he would be available over the phone. Cannot comment on their plumbing skills. Very disappointed.
