Honestly employee sold our item that was on will. So general manager made it right. Had to drive to headquarters but i got my item. Saved the day.

super slow service, came to order a piece of pipe, one guy ahead of me, it has been 50 minutes and they haven't brought the damn pipe.

Pleasant experience with Miller, I brought a picture in of the specs and the part...ar first, he it wasn't listed in the computer that they had the part so inquired at the other stores that should have had it but, to no avail...he than went to check in the warehouse for it and returned with the part..I am a happy camper because now I can have hot water, again...I did inquire on regarding returning part if incorrect and he assured me I could and also informed me of the warranty with the part company Bradford White...

Very nice employees, they didn't had my parts in stock but they ordered it the next day. The guy at the front desk even helped me adjust the item before I left so I don't have to do it myself.

Worst experience ever. I bought an item by calling their customer services number while I was on the computer. The representative gave me the item number and showed it to me on their website. I ordered the item with her. However, they sent me the wrong item! I went to this location to return it, they didn't want to give me a full refund because of the freight cost. I had to wait for over an hour for them to reach out to the branch manager to give me my money back.

We had some issues with our sub zero fridge install. They sent out multiple people but none of them could figure it out. This last visit they sent out Tony Walker and he was great. Very professional and knowledgeable! Highly recommend Tony Walker!
