Incredibly helpful, a 5 minute conversation with this company has been more helpful than 3 days and many wasted hours with another company. Now my go to plumber.

Great service, and easy to work with! They listened to what we needed when we called, came by to take a look before giving quotes to make sure they understood the job, and then during and after installation they explained everything that was being done and exactly what we needed to know regarding maintenance and use.

What a nice guy! I wasn’t even calling for plumbing services. I just received a smart toilet that the UPS man had delivered improperly on its side, instead of right side up as the box instructed. So, when I wasn’t able to get in touch with Home Depot, or the manufacturer to express my concerns, I called Houston Plumbing Services. This wonderful plumber took the time to answer all of my questions, knowing that I wasn’t calling for his services. I was really moved by his generosity in giving me his time, even though he wasn’t being fiscally rewarded. By the way this company treated me, I can tell you this: Houston Plumbing Services truly cares about their customers, and their community.

We had a great experience with Houston Plumbing Services. We called them in for a second quote after some plumbing maintenance issues were identified for our home by our regular plumbing company. HPS was considerably less expensive and completed the repairs quickly in a high quality manner. They also provided objective feedback that some of the repairs recommended by our prior plumber were not needed, generating further savings. We plan to shift our business to HPS going forward.

Houston Plumbing did a whole house repairing in my fathers 2 story house in 3 days, and he has also worked on my house as well. Very professional crew, that is always prompt and on time, and fair priced. The owner Leonard is a great man and very friendly.

5 star service! Leonardo came out to quote us the same day we called and gave us an honest review of what was needed to be done. He got the job done in three days and they did a great job! We bought this house already fixed up and Leo did a wonderful job taking out and explaining all the crazy work that the previous plumbers did. They were very mindful of the house and my kiddo who was sleeping at certain times of the day. All three workers were respectful and kind. I highly recommend Houston Plumbing Services. I am a renter of a home where the hot water heater (located in the attic) required replacement during the recent cold snap in Houston. I was quickly added to their busy schedule which was much appreciated.

I had the good fortune to select Master Plumber Leonard Papa from Houston Plumbing Services. My 1964 home had to have all of the cast iron replaced and connected to Houston Sewer line. For me a monster job. For Leonard, it was like playing ping-pong. He lives up to his title as "Master Plumber. Literally. He has mastered the art of plumbing, his digging crew was excellent, he speaks in a way that can easily be understood. He is trust worthy, and in the expensive world of plumbers, with many dishonest people, his pricing is also very competitive. I highly recommend him
