He was able to quickly uncover where the leak was coming from, provided referrals to help move the process along and was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. His prices were fair and I highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services.

Both techs were very professional. Very helpful. Did excellent work. Checked all the faucets in the bathroom and the kitchen to remove air and clean aerators. From what I understand the price I was given was a very good value. I appreciate that very much. they also did a minor repair on the kitchen faucet, which was also appreciate.

I can’t say enough good things about Halo. I had an emergency situation, and called five plumbing companies this morning before calling Halo. None of the others were able to offer same day service. I spoke with Angie at Halo at about 8:45 AM, she got me scheduled for today between 11-1, texted as promised 30 minutes before the technician’s arrival, and José and Joshua showed up prepared to work. They made me feel comfortable and confident they would resolve my problems today, and they did.
I would recommend them highly and without reservation. They were professional, courteous, respectful of me and my home, and now that they are done I can relax!

Horrible service! They charged me $385 and my issue was still NOT resolved. The same issue ended up happening still after the plumber left but it “seemed like he fixed it” when he left bc he kept flushing the toilet instead of waiting for the water level to settle. And upon calling Halo to ask them to come back all the plumber did was tell me he’d need to charge extra services that would cost even more. What was the point of me paying $385 to begin with?? Would not recommend.
