Leonard and his crew recently completed a bathroom remodel in a short time frame. Wow!! It looks fantastic! Leonard was always on time and he communicated the details and steps thoroughly. Of course his plumbing work was excellent (we had used him previously for water heater replacement, faucet replacements), but we were pleasantly surprised by his terrific trades people. Leonard sent timely well skilled tradesmen (tile, drywall, electrician, wallpaper) who always cleaned up after themselves and were professional. The work moved quickly and smoothly thanks to Leonard's oversight. We look forward to our next bath redo with Houston Plumbing Services.

Houston Plumbing Services came out after Winter Storm Uri and fixed no less than 6 busted pipes to make sure I had a working bathroom and kitchen again. The plumbers took time to explain what was happening and my options and the office stayed in touch about the time for my appointment. Having someone to keep you updated about when they could come out was a huge relief, considering how hard it was to get in touch with anyone this week. And the guys did great work, made sure everything was running and scheduled a follow up appointment. I can't recommend them highly enough.

My friend needed a plumber urgently while I was visiting. After reading their reviews, we gave Houston Plumbing services a call.

They were excellent, swift and worked like they were fixing something at their own home. They cleaned after themselves something that my friend really appreciated considering she has kids at home. The problem was resolved, the work was done really well and my friend loved them. She will certainly be using them again. 🙌🏼

I highly recommend Houston Plumbing Services. Leonard fixed my water heater, dishwasher, sink and washer connections that the previous plumber had messed up. He was on time, very polite, cleaned up after himself and most of all, performed quality work. His rates are affordable and he stands by his work. A few months later I called him in a panic because my roofers had not connected the roof vent pipe to the water heater and couldn't come out for almost a week, even though carbon monoxide was leaking into my attic. Leonard came out within 24 hours and fixed it, leaving me with peace of mind.

Super fast whole home re-pipe in only two days and for a great price. They were professional and very friendly as well as always on time. Paper was taped to the floor to prevent a huge mess and make clean up a lot easier. Only complaint was that plastic was not used to cover stuff like furniture and electronics from drywall dust but that's not really a big deal.

Houston Plumbing Services is top notch. We have had our fair share of issues and Houston Plumbing is by far the best company we have worked with and will continue to use going forward. They have been knowledgeable, timely, and have honest pricing. Each time they have arrived prepared and stay until the job is done. They have found and fixed multiple gas leaks and recently installed a tankless water heater for us. My only regret was not finding this company earlier when we had to replace the existing cast iron plumbing. I highly recommend this company.

Leonard and Mario were absolutely fantastic - they replaced my shower cartridge with no issue even though the plumbing and valves were very old and parts are usually hard to find. They were so kind, respectful, and patient with me, I truly appreciated their help in getting this issue resolved efficiently. I was initially nervous because it was frustrating to coordinate with Eda in terms of scheduling - I kept having to personally follow-up myself even though she said she would call back several times, and I was told I would receive a confirmation email and I never did. But luckily it all worked out in the end - once Leonard and Mario were here, they did a great job.

Houston Plumbing Services are a rare find- the work is thorough-precise and reasonably priced.

I have used this company for many properties I manage and will continue to call Leonard- he always schedules in a timely manner.

These guys were great! Called about two leaking sinks and they came same day, checked it out and found the spigots were basically done for. Charged me nothing for the visit!

Needed to replace my water heater and I got quotes from a few vendors - some of the big companies and also local businesses. I loved Leonard’s upfront, transparent quote and more than that, it was significantly lower than the big vendors. The installation itself was smooth, they were prompt, and in and out in 2 hours. The job was clean and done to my satisfaction. Not much more I can ask for! Will definitely hire them again.

Leonard and Mario helped me understand what I needed for my gas valve. After install they went through extensive testing to make sure it was safe and leak-free.

They even offered to come back to ensure my generator line was installed properly once I received it.

I called them on the Sunday between Christmas and New Years with a 10-year old water heater that wouldn’t re-light. Leonard was direct in prescribing a replacement instead of a repair and suggested upgrading valves and installing an automatic shutoff to mitigate leak risks, essential for a water heater on a third floor. They replaced it next day. I appreciate that they were upfront about the timeline for the pvc glue to set.

Leonard and his team and excellent. They did a lot of work upgrading the plumbing around our house, and are easy to communicate with. Their pricing is competitive, and quality of work is really high. I couldn't recommend them more!

Our upstairs sinks kept filling up and we needed someone to come out ASAP before anymore water damage occurred. After calling around a few places, Houston Plumbing Services was the first one to immediately answer without any hold times or making us wait until the next day. After briefly describing the situation, they were able to come out the same day within a few hours of calling, despite the storm, and gave us a quote beforehand. They were quick, knowledgeable, professional, fairly priced, and friendly.

Leonard was kind enough to work around my work schedule to take a look at the plumbing repairs I needed (water pressure issues and garbage disposal replacement). He provided a very reasonable quote and once the work was approved, he sent his tech out the next day. Amarildo was SO friendly, worked quickly, and was done within the hour. Really great service and I will be using them again in the future.
