This pass winter my water heater went out. I was extremely stressed and worried but thankfully tower plumbing help me easy my stress. Not only did they provide me with great service but were able to come out the same date.

One of the drivers coming from Cleveland area heading 59 south, drove recklessly around 2 18 wheelers and managed to get right near my back bumper and flashed his lights wanting me to move over or go faster, mind you the speed limit is already 65 and i was going 75 and I couldn't get over even if I wanted to. Please evaluate your drivers Tower Plumbing, somebody could seriously be injured by their wreckless driving. Thank you

I met with a lot of sub contractors but i have to tell you, one of the best in quality of work with the best price was tower plumbing. they are so knowledgeable in their work and they do the best work with the best price. I don’t mean that it’s a cheap price but I mean that the price fits the work that they accomplish. They have done my entire plumbing system for my house which is 8,000 sqft. They also warranty their work but I have NEVER had any problems with them. I can not recommend them enough! If there were more stars I would give them a million!

I used them to replace the water heater at my rental house and everything went fine. A week later, I needed a valve changed to fit a new refrigerator line. I called on a Friday (twice because they said they would call back) and they scheduled me for Monday and would give me a time on Monday morning. On Monday afternoon, I hadn’t heard from them so I called. They claimed my husband called them and moved the appointment to Wednesday “because we had to work”. Neither my husband nor I occupy our rental property and the tenant had been home and available all day waiting for them. My husband never called nor received a call from Tower Plumbing and never changed the appointment from Monday to Wednesday. Very poor business practices to lie about changing an appointment because they couldn’t honor the day they said they would send a crew. Will use a business with better communication and morals in the future.

So happy I chose CMP. They were quick to respond and quick to repair. The job was handled in a very professional manner which is refreshing. They were in and out and even cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend!

I called at 11pm and Rick answered. I was surprised that they answered. I told him what I had going on (water coming out of toilet and wouldn’t flush) He got there in 20 minutes and had my toilet fixed. Not only did he fix it late at night but he didn’t over charge for it being a late call. I now use him for all my plumbing stuff.

Agreed on a price which was too high for minor plumbing work but I was willing to pay and a day of service but they never showed up or even bothered to inform me they weren’t coming.
They owe me for three days of wasting my time. Wouldn’t suggest them for your plumbing needs.
