Called them for an appointment for a leaking pipe that was dripping into my light fixtures. The told me someone with come out today. The technician came but only gave a verbal estimate for the repairs. I am not sure how a company can exist on verbal estimates and not written quotes? I paid him the $49 service fee and he left. I would love to speak to someone about getting a written quote that includes the repairs as well as the warranty info. but the girl who answered the phones said that she only does scheduling and could not tell me who could give me a written quote. SMH
