our technician does very good at his job. He ran into unexpected issues, and he was able to explain them to us well and implement some creative as well as standard solutions to help us through them. Excellent service and on a such a short notice! Eric fixed our leaking water pipe, so we could install our new washing machine. He did wonderful job, finished everything within one day, even shopped for the materials.

After multiple days of problems with our home plumbing, we called in ASAP Plumbing Experts and we are so happy that we did. The technicians were experienced, friendly, knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. They worked efficiently and were able to make the necessary repairs with no issues. In addition, they went out of their way to ensure our safety and provided valuable advice regarding the longevity of our system. Great work from a top-notch company.

I am just writing this as a warning and to help educate consumers. This is not a legitimate plumbing business, meaning they do not operate with their own equipment and staff. When you call, they will simply call someone else and pass your work on for a “fee” (most likely). I just called and asked for a quote which they could not give me. They had a plumber call me back who was eager to come to my house, however he worked for “speedway plumbing”, not ASAP as I expected. I don’t want to call this a scam, but it is definitely not honest. Additionally, this business just acts as a middle man. So you will either pay more for the service, or the plumber will make less.

First, we called approximately 7p on a Friday night and were told we would get a call back in 5 min. We waited and called back a few times, but did not hear from a tech. About 10p someone called to say someone would come between 8-11 the next day. It would have been better if the calling center knew the status of their techs better to keep us from expecting something that wasn't going to happen.

While the technician was able to find and repair the leak in our wall (which ended up being easy to do once found), there were several things that would have improved the service. First, it seemed he didn't use any kind of water leak detector which led to a lot of cut dry wall that may have been avoided. Second, he didn't use a drop cloth or cover the floor with anything. All of the cut drywall and dust just settled onto our hardwood floor and rug. Then, he placed the large cut pieces of drywall into a bag we provided, but he did not clean up the floor or rug or anything (which could have been avoided if he covered the floor). Lastly, while cutting through the drywall he cut into about 3 to 4 ft of pipe insulation. He said he would replace that insulation, but he only replaced the insulation on the small portion of pipe that was leaking. He left 3-4ft of insulation wet and torn. I would have expected all of these small things done as part of the cost. So, without these things being done, the value was lost. It cost less to replace the drywall that took 2 people and 4 hrs of work than what this person charged. I will likely not use this company again because of the lost value - I had to spend time repeatedly mopping our hardwood floors and vacuuming the rug and purchasing pipe insulation to put on myself which would have only taken him a few minutes.

ASAP Plumbing Experts handled our drain cleaning, and they were fantastic. The plumber quickly identified the blockage, cleared it efficiently, and gave us tips to prevent future issues. The service was fast, friendly, and effective. I'll definitely use them again!

* Had water stain on kitchen ceiling (~2'x6')
*Plumber said 80% of time it was gasket behind overflow plate
*Carelessly cut / ripped hole into ceiling (18” x 24”) even after saying they did not repair sheet rock but knew it was expensive to do so (outside company quoted $820)- did this before removing overflow plate or checking the access panel under the sink that led directly to the offending tub / pipes.
* Misdiagnosed even after all of that
*Tried to charge 50% more for the call out fee because he had to “cut into the ceiling” - had to argue to pay the agreed $49 call out fee
*Manager was argumentative and only offered a one hour window the next morning (8-9) - I wasn’t able to do and that was it from their side
*We had to call another plumber to diagnose and repair (from access panel) and yet another to repair the ceiling and adjoining wall)

Absolutely impressed with the service. They came out quickly, diagnosed the issue with precision, and had everything up and running in no time. The team was friendly, explained every step, and made sure I was satisfied before they left. Plus, they kept everything clean and tidy. Top-notch work at a reasonable price—I’ll definitely be using them again.

Would not recommend this company if you want your repair to be worry-free. I used them two weeks ago for a sanitary line cleanout due to a clog. Now, the exact same problem has returned. Instead of acknowledging that they failed to identify and fix the issue the first time, they blamed it on my household habits (which they did not mention it to me the first time). However, I’ve lived in this house with the same habits for five years and never had this problem before.

They charged me $550 the first time without even using a camera. Now they want to charge nearly $1,000 (including camera this time) to “fix” the same issue—without addressing the root cause.

Stay away from them if you want real professionals to fix your plumbing problems

I had a pipe burst under the kitchen sink and I had to shut the water to the entire house as it was flooding the floor. They showed up within the hour and looks like they did a good job in fixing it. They left it clean and dry. I was so thankful they came quickly and handled it. Would definitely recommend them.

Charged me $50 to literally come out and huff and puff about how impossible of a job it is. Was asking me questions that a professional plumber should know. Fired them and called another plumber the exact same day who knew exactly what they were doing and got the job done.
