Ben with Synergy Plumbing was extremely responsive when we had a hot water heater go out. Do to the location of the heater he suggested a tankless unit and we are not sorry.

He also is handling the annual filtration of the tankless unit.

Two weeks later we had our second water heater and he came out right away to replace that one also.

I have used them before and was pleased so I didn’t hesitate to use them again. Ben is very professional and kind and always does an excellent job. He makes sure he leaves everything spotless and his pricing is right on target. I highly recommend them and plan on using them again when I need another toilet installed or any other plumbing need.

We recently had a leak in our old galvanized water piping and it was apparent more leaks were inevitable. We contracted Synergy Plumbing to replace all the pipes and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Ben and his crew did professional work at a fair price. Ben and Synergy plumbing perform quality work at a reasonable price and actually care about the end result. Ben moved a gas line behind my stove and installed a kitchen sink and 3 bathroom sinks as well as a toilet, with high-quality workmanship. I’ve had some bad experiences with contractors in the past but Synergy is a company you can trust to get the job done fast, and effectively . The brass ball shutoff valve for the main water entry line on the exterior of my home had a slow leak in it. Ben Hacker at Synergy Plumbing came highly recommended to me from a trusted source. I felt this was a fairly complex issue and I wanted someone who could handle the job and would do the work correctly. I contacted Ben to evaluate and make necessary repairs. I had a terrifying experience today with one of this company’s drivers, and it needs to be addressed. One of their company vans was driving extremely recklessly — going around 60 mph and nearly ran straight into my vehicle. I had my kids in the car with me, which made the situation even more frightening.

There was absolutely no regard for safety, and when a business vehicle is being driven like that, it reflects directly on the company. If this is how their employees behave on the road while representing the business, it’s extremely concerning.

Companies should make sure the people driving their branded vehicles are responsible and mindful that their actions impact the safety of others. Today’s experience was dangerous and completely unacceptable. I truly hope the company takes this seriously before someone gets hurt next time. 🚗⚠️
