Once again, Troy Tucker was prompt, responsive, skilled, and able to solve problems as they arise. His installation of a number of faucets, sinks, and valves in connection with a remodeling job is a fair value considering the care he takes in getting it right.

Kim kept us informed of when we might expect Troy and his team and the response time was very good considering the number of folks ahead of us who had freeze-related pluming issues. We experienced a terrible freeze and power outage a couple of weeks ago and had a couple of pipes burst in the house. Tucker Plumbing was so great, they found and repaired all our leaks. The members of the team were really friendly and courteous and gave us a very fair price.

After moving into a rental with several issues, I was rieved when I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. He identified each problem and began fixing right away, even saved me some money by pointing out warranties parts, and helping me with navigating Moen warrenty process. Labor price was high, but this may be the same for all plumbers.

Troy was professional, responsive, on time, and did everything he said he would do - that’s increasingly difficult to find in a service industry these days. I called late on a Tuesday with a sewer line issue and he arrived the following morning on time and ready to work. He did what he said he’d do and charged what he said he’d charge. He has my recommendation if you’re looking for a good plumber.
