HORRIBLE! These guys re-piped my house and did a terrible job. We’ve had several issues. They never showed up when they said they would. They tracked mud all over house and used one of my fancy towels to clean up their mess. The people coming to my house were always on the phone with someone else trying to figure out what to do- I don’t think they were really even sending licensed plumbers. We have had ongoing issues after the re-pipe and had to have other plumbers correct it.

Luis and Juan did a fantastic job repairing a leak in our home. Erntex was recommended to us by the building supervisor of the builder of our home. Highly professional, fairly priced and will absolutely use them for any work we may need in the future.

At the worst time in the middle of an ice storm I needed a plumber. I was not expecting the level of service and professionalism from Eduardo when he arrived. He was on time (very late at night due to the emergency repairs) and perhaps the most polite professional and friendly service provider I have ever used!
They worked quickly, found the leaks, repaired them the first time and helped me with addressing other concerns outside of their scope of work. My wife and I were very impressed with a level of service we would not expect in the middle of the day let alone at 11:00pm!!

If I could give Luigi more than 5 stars, I would! He was absolutely incredible. We had a major clog that turned into an all-day job, and Luigi handled it with professionalism, patience, and true expertise. He spent 8 full hours working non-stop to get to the root of the issue—never rushing, never cutting corners.

He took the time to remove the toilets, ran a camera through the lines, and tackled the problem from every possible angle until the job was fully done. He explained everything clearly along the way, showed us the footage from the camera, and made sure we understood exactly what was going on. That kind of transparency and dedication is rare these days.

Luigi didn’t just fix a clog—he saved us from what could have turned into a much bigger (and more expensive) problem down the road. He treated our home with respect, cleaned up after himself, and was just a genuinely kind and trustworthy person.

If you’re looking for a plumber who takes pride in his work and truly cares about doing the job right, Luigi is your guy. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

ErnTex Plumbing were the plumbing contractors for my new construction home along with 7 others in my complex. Since we all moved in around September, 4 of the 8 homes have had a gas leak due to improper and incorrect fittings installed either at the hook up to the home or at the meter hook up at the street. In my case, it was both locations. When CenterPoint shut off my gas due to the leak, ErnTex tried giving me the run around and wasn't going to send anyone out that night to make the repairs when I called in around 4pm; they wanted to wait until the morning because they "had to get a city permit." No one, not even the manger, could properly explain to me the process or why the city needed to be involved. I ended up calling the city permitting office to have this explained to me. They ended up sending someone out that night after I got my builder involved then the plumber who completed the repairs told me I was good to call CenterPoint and have them turn on the gas. The plumber left a gauge on the gas line so CenterPoint was unable to turn the gas back on. Clearly the plumber they sent out to me did not understand the steps they must go through in order to correctly resolve the situation. Whoever they had set up the plumbing at my house and the others when they were being built didn't do a great job either otherwise we wouldn't have half of the homes with a gas leak less than 4 months after moving in to a brand new home. I've been requesting a manger call me so I can discuss the poor service received and try to understand why no one seems to know the correct process to resolve a gas leak but no one has returned my call. I've now called Tuesday morning, Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning asking for a manager and they're always "in a meeting" and somehow haven't had 5 minutes in their day to return my phone call. I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of the work and if I didn't have a one year warranty through my builder with this company, I would not be using them for any plumbing services. Once my warranty is up, I will be finding a new company to provide my plumbing services.

Superior Plumbing did just that, superior plumbing! We had a clog in the main line somewhere between the kitchen sink and the hall bathroom. They came in and busted the clog out within 15-20 minutes. I know who to call if I ever have repairs on my plumbing again. Thank you!

Angel Nelson is a hard working individual. I had a plumbing leak underneath my flower bed that came from the main water line. Dug deeper to get to the problem. Fixed it. I highly recommend him for any plumbing problems. Such a nice guy , did a great job in a timely manner.

The name suits you! Superior all around. In most cases with home services, all you need to do to get a great rating is get the job completed without breaking anything. In my experience with Superior, the honest, professional staff was superb. We called based on neighborhood recommendations and understand why. Nicely done!

Angel was awesome came out same day and replaced the broken pipe in the attic quickly and charged me a fair price. Even flushed all the sinks and made sure all the aerators weren’t plugged up. Highly recommend them and will use in the future!

This company blew me away!! Amazing and fast service! We had a repair company come out and gave us a crazy quote.
