I have called Cupid for multiple plumbing projects and emergency plumbing issues in my home. The plumbers we have encountered are courteous, professional, and incredibly informed and capable. We needed to replace a hot water heater in a hard to access attic, install a garbage disposal, and have the water line connected in our refrigerator after moving into our home. The Cupid team went above and beyond. Daniel, one of the plumbers, went out of his way to track down a tiny part to connect fridge water line. Noe, another Cupid plumber, helped immediately when a line burst in our home. Cupid is responsive and so easy to work with. I will use them for all projects or issues in my home!

Darrin from Cupid Home Services came to give me a free home inspection. I was very impressed with his knowledge and it was apparent that he is very experienced. He took his time to explain and show me each point of concern. I feel confident that he identified any potential plumbing problems.

Two weeks later, I asked Cupid to send a plumber to replace all of the water cut off angle stops identified by Darrin's visit. They sent Noe who arrived right on time for our appointment. Noe worked quickly, efficiently and did a great job. He did treated the rest of my home with respect and worked very neatly. My experience with Cupid was totally positive in both instances.

Then on 2/19/25, Noe from Cupid installed a hot water heater in my attic. Noe came right on time and got to work. Two hours later I had a hot water heater installed at over $1,000 less than quoted by a well known big plumming company. I am very happy with my latest visit.

I’ve had Noe out to my home so many times he’s practically family. He’s installed toilets, sinks, updated old drain hardware, built a vanity, cleaned out A/C drain lines, and even pumped water out of an old indoor hot tub. Noe delivers high quality work every single time and I never have to second guess what he recommends. As long as he’s working I’ve got my plumbing needs solved.

Noe with Cupid Plumbing installed three new toilets for us. He was professional and did a great job! There were a few unexpected things that happened during the installation (e.g. toilets epoxied to the floor instead of caulked) but he handled them expertly and left no mess behind. We are very happy with the installation. Would definitely recommend!

OK. I had not heard of Cupid Plumbing before I hired them and I'm glad I didn't let that stop me. Daniel was amazing. I had a shower cartridge that was stuck. I thought the right plumbing tool would solve the problem and it would be handled quickly. It wasn't that easy and Daniel never quit. He ended up having to replace the entire shower valve. I thought it would be expensive because what else could I do? The old cartridge had all but disintegrated inside the old valve. Not only did he work on this for hours, but he was more than fair in his pricing of the project.

If I ever need a plumber again, I'm calling Cupid. The service was better than I ever expected. Thanks, Daniel.

We used this company to install a bathroom sink and vanity. The contractor, Noe, was very kind, professional and very thorough in installing the sink and vanity. He did an outstanding job for us.

We had our home remodeled and Cupid Plumbing did our master bedroom faucets coming off the wall instead of attached to the sink. They did a gorgeous job. They also detached and reattached our bathroom commodes in 3 bathrooms after the floors were tiled, again excellent job. Finally, Noe Hernandez, from Cupid Plumbing put in a laundry room sink, again neat job! Will I hire him again when we are ready to redo the kitchen? You betcha!

Noe came over to give us a free estimate and gave us a clear description of what to expect. On another date he came and installed the handle bars in the shower for my elderly mom. He was professional, patient and very attentive to our needs. I highly recommend this company and especially Noe! Great customer service, on time and quick responses.

Cupid Plumbing came out on a very short notice to replace the drainage pipes from the master shower and tub. I was very impressed with the work that Noe and Daniel did. They were very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend Noe and Daniel at Cupid Plumbing for your plumbing needs.
