Called to get an estimate for a gas line to the back yard BBQ pit. The guy was an hour late so I was not too impressed at first but once he got there he was knowledgeable and gave me a quick and competitive quote. After getting a couple others I decided to go with Belknap’s quote. The guys returned two days later and got it done. So only 4 stars because of the lateness.

I had a constant clogged line and three plumbing companies came out unstopped and a few days later the same issue. Saul came out and figured out I had a collapsed line. they where very knowledgeable and quick, repaired the line and have had no issues since. Hope I never have another issue but if I do I will be sure to reach out to them again.

Jimmy and Preston came out and got a clogged drain in our commercial building cleared out quickly and were friendly and very professional. Will definitely be requesting them next time. Thanks for the great job!

Arrived on time, got the job done in a good timely manner. I thought it was a small leak & turns out it was worse than I thought Eduardo found the issue & fixed it right away! explained everything to me showed me everything that was wrong & what he was going to do.

After a rocky start earlier today between myself and Carol the scheduling agent I was unsure how my rating would pan out. The company honored the commitment made by one of its employees and the technicians were polite, knowledgeable and pleasant. I have no reason to score less than 5.

I had called and had them come out on a Saturday to fix my shower. The plumber showed up and took a look and said the valve assembly would need to be replaced and I would be contacted on Tuesday to schedule for someone to come completely the repair since Monday was a holiday. Tuesday comes and no call. I called multiple times and could not get anyone to call me back later saying they wouldn’t be able to be back out till Friday. I had to get another company to come out and fix what got broken by just them looking at it. I will definitely not be using this company again.

After having to pay $210 for them to make the problem worse it is now costing me $1600 to fix it.

I feel so relieved and grateful I had to come write a review! I had a leak in my bathtub and freaked out! Dewayne was pleasant, on time, professional, fast and very knowledgeable! He showed me exactly what the issue was and got right to work. I appreciate honest businesses which is why I highly recommend this company! Ask for Dewayne!

Was charged $213 for a plumber to walk through my condo for 7 minutes to tell me what I already knew. He was unable to do anything to fix my problem as it was a common line issue in my condominium building. I was told Belknap, recommended by my condominium, would contact my property manager and HOA about the common line repair however when I asked my HOA about it, Belknap had not contacted them. Additionally I tried getting in touch with the service manager about the outrageously high charge for NO WORK being done and he is unresponsive. I’ve called every business day since receiving the invoice and he will not address the issue.

They came to my home off a neighbor recommendation...they said Kenny was the owner and a great guy. The techs came to my home because I had a shower that just stopped running water. It was a concern for me because I knew the water was on but where was it going?? So I called them and they discovered it was a valve behind the shower wall that stopped working. They ordered the part so it was a 2 day job because the part wasn't on hand, but I also had my toilet replaced and at no time did they mention the price which is my mistake too but I own another home and I've had toilets replaced so I expected a valve + a toilet should be $400-900 at the most. They gave me a bill for $1,600+!!!! The work had been done so I felt totally taken advantage of. The work was well done however - this was a total gauge job in my eyes. I should have argued and disputed but I didn't because I felt I was over a barrel and that I SHOULD HAVE STOPPED THEM AND ASKED. I called them again for another job (water heater) 4 months later and explained that I felt really taken advantage of and that on THIS occasion I would like a quote before the work is done. I spoke to Carol and she indicated I would receive a call by the Supervisor to discuss my dissatisfaction with how I was previously billed. As she looked up my bill - she asked me, "Well why'd you wait so long to call and complain? You should have said something earlier." I explained that although she was correct - I didn't like that the work was done and at NO time was I given an estimate and that I based my lack of insistence for a estimate on the fact that I heard they had a stellar reputation and that their Owner Kenny Belknap had previously lived in my neighborhood and they were VERY fair and honest. Again - I said the work was "well done" however the price was extremely unfair. Carol said I would get a call that evening. I never rec'd a call. Even after this slight - I asked my wife to call as the water-heater was leaking and concerning me and since I was on a business trip I could not follow up w them on my previous concern. She scheduled an appointment for their estimate on 5/13/2019 and it ended up being a no-call no show. With ALL the choices in the market - these people obviously do not need my business or care that a returning customer wanted an explanation. I'm a very reasonable person I feel and at no time was I rude or disrespectful. I liked the work but unless you have an unlimited pocket-book - then my suggestion is "stay away." You can get the same work at 1/2 the cost elsewhere.

Today 3/4/25 at 4 PM at 99 and 59 in sugar land a driver of this truck unapologetically cut across 2 lanes on the feeder and came within inches of hitting my truck, sped under the freeway and sped through greatwood and sped through a school zone and also was on his phone (not hands free through the entire school zone).

Belknap Plumbing Systems has been my go-to service for plumbing issues for the last 10 years. Karol is quick to respond, quick to schedule a technician and answers all my questions. Their technicians are professional, courteous, easy to identify with their bright well-marked vehicle and they have always fixed all my house plumbing issues. After 10 years of service, I definitely recommend them and they will be the only plumbing company I use.

Excelente lugar y buena atención

Sumamente muy lentos para descargar, 5 horas y contando, esa fue mi experiencia. El espacio para hacer maniobras con el tráiler es muy reducido.

Muy lentos para descargar, teníamos cita a la 7 am y nos dieron rampa hasta las 12:30 pm, ahora son 1:40 pm y todavía no terminan de descargar , muy mal servicio

Puedes dormir en la calle pegado al baño portátil alas 6 am ya te atienden primero metete con los papeles caminando por qué no te dan puerta luego luego muy amables todos

Me recibieron papeles a las 6:30, me dieron rampa a las 7:15, terminaron de descargar a las 9:20, hay reja, pase la noche en la calle, pregunte al cliente y dice que la policía no te dara ticket por estacionarte en la calle y ahí esta ese baño portable en servicio, muy amables me hablaron en español, suertesita !!!

The worst location in Houston—a complete waste of time!! I have been a customer for over 20 years. I came in today—a Sunday—and there wasn't a single other customer there, just me. The service was absolutely terrible; the salesperson looked angry and frustrated, gave me the worst service imaginable, and was even rude when answering the phone for other customers.
