After the freeze and everywhere had long lines for plumbing parts, they had an employee work the long line outside letting everyone know what parts are in stock so that no one would wait in vain. Winning.

Terrible service! They said they would hold my items and once I got there they didn't have it because they sold it. They sent my driver with only 1 and I asked for 2. Spoke to a young lady that was very rude.

Great walk-up counter for parts with a MUCH bigger stock than the Box Stores! Helpful people, and prices less than the Big Boxes or online.

During the recent winter storm this site stayed open late everyday to help people. They were working hard and stayed patient with a lot of homeowners that wouldn't normally come in. I would highly recommend coming here.

After seeing that someone posted this place on Facebook, my husband left early this morning and waited in line for over 3 hours. He was just looking for 2 things and THE EMPLOYEES WERE RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. Total Waste of Time! I know they are stressed out too but it's a Business.

With everything going on in the area right now with busted pipes all over one of the largest cities in the United States, Kyle and his entire crew are going above and beyond and getting everybody taken care of and served as quickly as efficiently as possible. It really shows something when the owner the company comes outside to check on the guys that are standing in line out front of his business and apologizes for the delay and you know in your heart that he is doing all he can to get everything done and taken care of as quickly as possible. I am a customer for life.
