Had to come by and write an outstanding review. Please come to this business! This is your one stop shop for plumbing supplies! The customer service and care is amazing. As we are leaving 2021 winter storm behind, they were the supply store that had everything in stock. They kept checking people outside and being careful with customer capacity Bc of covid. They helped you figure out what you needed and were patient in getting your stuff ready. Many helpful hands and suggestions. I would definitely trust this place for any plumbing/water related supplies. Hope they get an award for being outstanding and working gracefully helping us Texans during this hard time.

There is parking on side of the street for a few trucks to overnight parking. As soon as I turned on street I was greeted by one of the employees that walked out to my truck. He had me in a door within 5 minutes. Small parking lot, but not to tight. Looks like they do a great job of not allowing their commercial customers to not clog up the parking and backing up areas. This place was about 15 min from my home and I wouldn't have a issue delivering here again. In fact, it looks like they sale to the public so I will be checking them out for a bathroom that I'm expanding.

These people are knowledgeable and helpful. We are making our home and needed something. We just walked in to counter sales door and were helped.

All the counter guys are extremely helpful and nice. Prices are competitive and they have a huge stock.

This place needs a clock. Arrived at 3:53 to grab some expansion rings only to be met at the door to be told they are closed. Drove a good ways to get here, guess I’m headed to Texas plumbing supply and will just skip this place next time as well. How about you adjust your hours as advertised.

Update: Due to the timely response from Northside and their statement that someone will be there until 4pm in the future. I have changed my review from a one star to a three star review. It’s actually refreshing to see a company listening to their customers, well it least potential ones.

Never been there! I seen the Chevrolet that was cut in half for a Advertising piece that had the name of the company on the door, so I had a fine Art photography piece that I created of the same model of truck and wanted to post it!

The owner Travis Cooper came out on time and was very nice. We were having trouble with our commodes, they were not stable He came out and fixed both and was cost was Very Reasonable.

During the freeze my pipes froze. I called Travis with Right Choice Plumbing & he was on time & fixed my broken pipe. He was very through. I will definitely be using him again.

Austin was prompt, friendly and professional. He quickly assessed and fixed or drain issue. 5-star service for sure. 10/10 would recommend.

I woke up at 3am and saw that I had a water leak. It turned out to be my Hot water pipe. I turned off the water and later in the morning I call a different plumbing company and they came out and wanted $1500 and THEN charge more to replace the drywall they cut out. I was referred to Right Choice Plumbing and called them and they took great care of my plumbing. I called him at close to 5pm fully expecting to be told they can’t come out until the next day. When I told him it was the hot water line he came out that night and fixed it within no time. I will not call the “big” plumbing company that takes full advantage of people, instead I will call Right Choice Plumbing. They absolutely live up to their business name!!! Thank you so much for your help.

Called this place, made an appointment for them to come out and install a sink in my shop. Travis showed up on time and installed the sink. He definitely knew what he was doing and was very professional. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I had a great experience today with Travis of Right Choice Plumbing! He came out at my convenience and cleaned my kitchen sink drain that was totally clogged. I'm confident it won't happen again for a long while (I have other more costly issues that we didn't tackle today). He was on time, courteous and professional. Highly recommend!
