My experience with right choice plumbing was the best I could've hoped for. I had my residential backflow bust and start gushing water on Christmas Eve (shout out to my neighbor David for shutting it off while I was away), so I reached out to right choice at the recommendation of a friend. To my surprise, they promptly responded and got me on the schedule to get it taken care of the next afternoon (Christmas Day). Justin Land was the one that showed up to help me out, and he was top notch. He was very clear and polite all the way through, and he did a great job replacing as well as insulating the new backflow to prevent something similar from happening in the future. I was impressed with both Justin, as well as the company as a whole. Really glad they were recommended to me, and I will certainly be recommending them to others when the opportunity arises.

Right Choice is simply the best! They fixed all the plumbing issues left by a bad remodel job in such a respectful way. The work they did showed the pride they take in their job, and then they cleaned up completely after themselves! I would highly recommend them. They made sure I understood the issues and then they resolved them, with no hidden costs or problems! Excellence all the way!

Had a fairly complex job for Right Choice. Switched to a tankless water heater while removing the old gas heater lines and re doing what lines that are going to be needed. Rudy and Luis came out as scheduled, asked all the right questions and gave a thorough breakdown of the work, and what to be expected time and money wise. They even worked with me a little to reduce cost since I'm trying to do some work myself. Rudy and Luis got the job done right the first time and in an efficient manner while communicating anything of concern that needed to be addressed. After it was all done, Rudy double checked with me on anything that may not look or seem right to make sure I was confident in what was done. Both Rudy and Luis had a great professionalism which allowed for a great experience using Right Choice for this job, I will definitely refer them to anyone looking to get plumbing work done in the Houston area and also personally use them in the future for anything I may need. This company was great to work with. I phoned with a problem and they had a tech out to my house in one hour. The tech was very professional and knowledgeable and found the problem right away. Gave me the cost upfront, which was very reasonable. Was able to Zelle my payment right there on the spot and problem was fixed. They will be my go to with any problems in the future.

Our outside faucet was old and corroded, and snapped off while trying to remove a hose just before the recent freeze hit. They came out in an hour around 8 pm in the cold and fixed the issue in about 10 min. They even reduced the price I was quoted over the phone because he said he felt bad charging me so much for such a simple job. I am forever grateful to them for helping to keep my 2 baby girls safe.

The Right Choice company is 5 stars. No hot water at 11 pm. Texted the company. A rep was at my house at 8:00 am the next day! They are on it! You could not find a better company for your plumbing needs. Thank you Travis, Elyse and Rudy!

Right Choice Plumbing was excellent they were very professional, they showed up on time and they do what they say they were gonna do. They were very thorough and explained and checked everything plumbing related in my condo. Out of the 3 companies I called they were the only one I got a person on the phone Elyse was vey pleasant and personable she answered my questions, addressed my concerns and booked my appointment. I’m new to Houston it was a great welcome dealing with a company like this, so if you are new to the area or been in Houston your whole life needing plumbing service please call Right Choice Plumbing they will take excellent care of you too. The price was RIGHT also. Anyone in need of a plumber make the RIGHT CHOICE I’m glad I did.

Right Choice Plumbing was a fantastic choice in service and repair. Due to the recent cold temperatures our kitchen sink and dishwasher plumbing stopped working. They scheduled us same day, on time, fixed the problems, gave a fair price, and quality service. They helped us on the phone assess the problem level and then followed through above our expectations with really awesome service. Our plumbing is working better than before the issue. We will call them again for sure.

Austin and Travis were super professional and on time, arriving exactly when they said they would. They quickly looked at our old janky faucet and determined what it would take to remove it and install the new one that we had bought. The installation process didn't take long, everything was cleaned up very efficiently, and we love the new faucet. Will definitely call them for any necessary plumbing again!

Before Travis, the plumber, came out to my home, I had a chance to speak with his wife, Elyse, over the phone to make the appointment. You could hear her smile through the phone. She did a great job! When Travis arrived to check out a smell in my shower, he was very polite and professional. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for plumbing services. A first time customer of Right Choice Plumbing. The day after Christmas, I called at 8:30am and spoke to Travis. He said he could be at my house to replace a leaking shutoff valve in 1.5 hrs. Earliest the 'big boy' plumbing companies could come was 2-4 days out. Travis and Justin arrived on time, were very courteous, provided a solution and estimate and finished by 11:30am. Excellent work using long lasting materials. Knowledge and quality of work is unbeatable. Very reasonable pricing. Looking forward to a complete house re-pipe by them in early spring. I definitely made the right choice!

Travis and his wife were very helpful and respectful. They followed up with us up until our appointment and replaced our water heater quickly. Travis is very knowledgable! We will be recommending you guys to our friends and family and having you guys come out annually to flush our water heater (we are confident in doing it ourselves). Austin with Right Choice Plumbing completed a kitchen faucet replacement and undercarriage repair. He did excellent work, was knowledgeable, and worked efficiently in a timely manner. Austin was friendly and professional. 5 star rating and I will call again Right Choice Plumbing and ask for Austin if ever need further plumbing work.

10 out of 10 would recommend!! Quick response from staff with scheduling. My husband found out last night (right before this crazy arctic front) that we had a water heater leak and were very stressed about whether or not to wait until after the freeze to get it situated. We reached out to Right Choice and with their expertise, they advised us the best route and not to mention, they were able to schedule us in last minute on MLK! The guys came with a new heater tank and were very thorough with the work. After the install, they even showed my husband all the new features and whatnot. Great and honest service! Would definitely use again in the near future with more home projects.

We called them a year and a half ago and were very happy but the latest visit seemed too expensive. Two years ago they replaced a whole toilet for $229, which was great, but now charging $125 just to tighten the toilet pump seemed like too much. The guy was great (friendly, professional , knowledgeable and punctual), he checked everything for potential problems, so there’s no problem with the quality of the work or customer service, but for something that simple the $60 visit charge should have been folded into the labor costs.
