Where do I start...this is an incredible company with amazing employees. Elyse is great, friendly and personable! We have worked with the master plumber as well as Rudy and Luis who are very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. We originally had them come out to do gas work on a generator but they ended up replacing our water heaters. They were very responsive via phone and text. One of the heaters had a manufacturer issue and they came out immediately and fixed the issue. Highly highly highly recommend this company!

Great service! I called at 6:45 am with an urgent request and they were here by 8 am. They also keep me updated before he arrived. The service guy (bad with names, but he told me) explained everything to me so well. I am very impressed with the work and will definitely use this company in the future.

Backed up kitchen sink and I couldn’t get it unclogged. Called Right Choice Plumbing and they had Darnell out in less than 90 minutes. He listened to what I had done, got a snake out and fixed the problem. They have my business in the future.

Re-doing a house and it had a 30yr old hot water heater that needed to be replaced. I called and Elise got me on the schedule right away. I'm not a morning person so I was glad they were flexible with the start time. When they showed up. They were #1 On time!!!! #2 Professional and personable. I was also getting a roof put on and one of the guys noticed they didn't install something right on the roof. I called the roofer to come back out and the guys were right! I'm so thankful I used them! I will never use anyone else for my plumbing needs. I Love this company.

We were very happy with the service given to us from Right Choice Plumbing LLC. We had called 3 other plumbers since 9:30 AM and waited but no one ever came so we called Right Choice Plumbing and they arrived before the time that was set. Elise was wonderful to talk to and Darnel was very courteous, kind, and explained everything that needed to be done. He was breath of fresh air in the scorching heat. Thank you Right Choice Plumbing for the service you gave me.

We had a pressure problem in our warehouse and 2 toilets were not working at all and some of the faucets had very low pressure.

We had roto rooter come in the morning to give us an estimate and they said we had to replace the main shut off valve out side. And rebuild / clean the piping for the 2 toilets that did not work. The plumber quoted me $3000.

I then called right choice for a second opinion. Found them on yelp and they had good reviews. They came same day said they were going to charge $79 trip fee very fair.

Austin came with in 3 hrs after we called them and was Great! Honest, helpful and informative! He got us up and running within an hour and let us know what not to do in the future. Only charged us $135.

We didn't have to replace any parts like the roto rooter plumber said we would have to. all he did was just service the toilets and sinks. And everything was running better then before. He let us know that when we turn the main water line back on in the future to turn it on slowly.

It is crazy to get an estimate of 3000 in the morning and to have your problem fixed for $135 total!!!

These guys are honest people and we just found our new plumbers!
