They come yesterday and first they charge by hour plus what they do okay they come and do the job fixed charge and leave I call 2 hours later because something it’s wrong ok and they said the pass my report and someone going to call me okay no one call me since today and said o we can do nothing if I come back I have to charge you again because this and that how I going to pay again for something it’s not good and fix I just spend my money for nothing because we have to fixed by my self I wish I never call them bad workers and policy they don’t warrant nothing

I hired them to unclogged my toilet. They had the wrong machine so they had to come back 2 hrs later with the right machine/snake to finish the job. They spent a total of one hour of work and yet charged for 4 hours, $750.00. Very dishonest people. You will not be in business for long.

One of your van drivers were very dangerous on roads… that guy was wearing a glass and a young chap looking like a Asian/white guy… sorry to say was so bad driving causing so much of troubles for my kids… This happened on 29th July @ I45 around 4:50 PM

Jimmy and his partner were great. They came in, identified the problem, and fixed it in no time. I'd definitely recommend their services.

We have been dealing with them since early October. They try to handle everything through email which is extremely inconvenient. The cycle has been to email a quote, we pay it, they say they're waiting on something from "the city", claim the city needs something else done, say they're going to send a new quote "soon", send a new quote days later, we pay immediately, repeat. As of today 11/8/2021 we still do not have running water and we are waiting on quote #3 from them.

I was at the Lowe’s on Cypresswood and 249 and one of their plumbers was driving like an absolute maniac in the parking lot.

We had a busted water pipe on the outside of our home during the winter storm. Belknap sent two plumbers out to do the repair. Not only were they fast and efficient, they also had great attitudes while working outside with freezing temperatures and rain coming down. We appreciate their help and are thankful to have called Belknap for the repair....we were able to turn our water back on 5 days before our neighbors who should have called Belknap!

Mr. Jimmy Lunsford did an amazing job locateing a gas leak and making repairs to the hot water heater etc. in my home.He is professiomal, hard working,efficient and polite and respectful. He had some very tight places to crawel into and was careful to check all the fittings, vents, exaust pipes and made sure everything met code and would pass inspection by Center Point Energy. Thank you very much.for a job well done. I highly recommend him.

Jimmy was out here at Seven Oaks this morning, Friday, August 26, 2022. There was a major water leak in the ceiling of condo unit 108 in several places. Jimmy went up into the attic area and either crawled on his knees or squatted to find three major roof leaks into the interior ceiling of Unit 108. He took three specific photos of each leak, and forwarded them to me.
Also, the roof line leak by condo unit 108 was adjacent to unit 107 attic also. Jimmy found the flashing separated along the garage roof line of unit 107.
Jimmy has found and repaired numerous water leaks here the past several years. His expertise and quality of work he does for Seven Oaks is outstanding.
Lastly, I always ask for Jimmy through Carol or Dale Harris when plumbing leaks occur. He is a high caliber, professional plumber.

Edward, a plumber with Belknap Plumbing was here today to repair our shower. He was polite, professional, thorough and very patient with my questions. I was very pleased with his service. This was my second experience with the company, and I know Belknap will be who I contact for future plumbing needs.

During the great winter of 2021, one of our pipes busted. We were among the thousands whom this happened to. I have always been hesitant about plumbers (scary stories about overcharging and doing a bad job), so I was super picky. Thankfully my neighbor, Kevin, is a manager at Belknap Plumbing Systems. He set us up with an appointment and we had Saul Medina and Bobby help us.

They did an AMAZING job. They walked us through the process as they learned more about the leak. They were careful moving things that were in the way, and did a great job throwing trash away as they made a hole in the wall.

They worked diligently and were very friendly. If I have plumbing needs in the future, they will be my first call. I highly recommend Belknap Plumbing!
