The service as outstanding. We were met at the property and issue was immediately diagnosed. The work was completed on the spot with the issue corrected. We will definitely use Tucker plumbing again.

I was so impressed with Troy’s service! He was able to come out the same day—actually within just two hours of my call, which was amazingly fast. Troy was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain the process, the parts needed, and his recommendations, along with all costs up front.

He worked quickly and efficiently, and when he was done, our toilet was like brand new. He replaced the flange and some of the toilet tank components on our very old toilet, and the results were excellent. I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of his work and the overall experience. Highly recommend!

I understand that it is not policy to give everyone a heads up when you are on the way to an appointment, but if a technician arrives and notices that somebody does not answer in the first five minutes and they only wait 15 minutes, I believe it should be a customer service initiative to give the customer a quicker heads up so that way they can communicate more efficiently with the technician.

There are plenty and many service Workers who bake into their policy that they give everyone a heads up and they also have a busy schedule. I believe there should be some kind of text message System, or some kind of quick notification that doesn’t take more than 30 seconds to hit send.

My rating is not based on that flaw in your system, but based on the inability to explain my thoughts in a concise of way without being spoken over by the scheduler. I am also guilty of also speaking over them, however, I believe that these types of situations are a team effort and I felt like I was not heard and I was being read a script.

Awesome service! Friendly workers!

Never called me back after a plumbing emergency. Called back and still never got a call back. This is the second tome this has happened.

Driver tailgated me for miles on a two lane road, almost hit me a couple times when I had to brake suddenly because of car in front of me. According to other reviews this is not a first time issue.

Coastal plumbing put in a new hot water heater for us. From the receptionist who scheduled the appt to the 2 installers they were all professional and helpful. It was in our attic and they drained the old one and took it away with no fuss or mess. We would definately recommend them for any plumbing need you have. Just today i told a friend about them. Thank you to y'all.

I had 5 leaks in my attic due to the recent freezing weather. They were able to get someone to my house the next day. The plumber was very professional and polite. I will definitely call them again if I need any plumbing done.

We recommend them to our friends. They are honest and caring.
Have used them more than once. Have never had a bad experience. I have not heard of any of my many friends that have had nothing but a good to say about their service.
