First appointment was a no show. Second appointment, never called to give an estimate. Continually dropped the ball.

I set up a service for GT Plumbing to come out check my toilet which wasn’t flushing an change the cartridge in my shower when he arrived checked my toilet I worked just fine after a couple of flushes then went to the shower checked said it needed a cartridge now at this time is when he was supposed to Quote a price that we agree to so he went got cartridge installed an charged $285 BEWARE ASK QUESTIONS when I called the man Secretary wasn’t trying to help me better understand how a call out for a shower cartridge came to $285

Never depend on these guys. They did our entire plumbing rework after Harvey. Now I have a leak and the thing that blows my mind is they wouldnt even consider giving me an estimate to fix it. Not so customer focussed and this despite of me willing to pay for leak detection and fix. Santiago was referred by my contractor and he has never stood up to the reputation and stars you see on this google search

Called one week ago……still no call back. That’s pretty awesome service if you ask me. Don’t waste your time.
Update two months later….still waiting on a call back.
Maybe I’ll go to plumbing trade school and learn the trade myself, might actually happen before I get any attentiveness from GT.

Its Friday afternoon well after 3pm. Nearly time for these professionals to get off (4pm). Many people would say......naw it's Friday, the weekend is here, I get off in 30 minutes.... I'll wait till Monday. Not JOSÉ & SANTIAGO JR. They were selfless, professional, thorough, and efficient. They weren't here 15 minutes. They took care of the issue and it was painless and I felt respected and valued as a customer. I highly recommend these professional plumbers.

My mother had major emergency day after a mild freeze. Her main waterline broke & water was gushing everywhere. Luckily someone walking by helped her & knew how to turn it off. She was waterless and the neighbor referred this company. They were there within hours and fixed it perfectly, before they left he had mom try ever faucet in the house and flush toilets.
