Worst company ever. He said he would be there and never showed. Three days later I texted him asking what the deal was and he said it would be another 2 day wait. Totally unprofessional. There is literally dozens of other plumbers in that area, don't waste your time with this company.

Placed service call early Monday. They were able to work me in on Tuesday. Had a toilet with a Sloan Flushmate insert continuously running. They replaced the entire insert that had a leaking tank. I was back in business Tuesday afternoon. I think it works better than new.

I've used Horizon Plumbing on several occasions over the last 3 years, they always do a great job and are priced very fairly. They've re-plumbed my entire home and the home for one of kids and his family. We even had to call them late on a weekend for an emergency and they took care of our problem and we didn’t have to pay an insane amount for their services. Dave and his crew are always very professional, polite, friendly and stand by their work. I would strongly recommend them.

Owner and his helper came over and absolutely dominated a water heater at our work shop last week. I was really impressed with their knowledge, workmanship, and attitudes, definitely will be using them again!

You all have a bad driver that could have struck my car on Campbell Rd today. He sped up on me going faster than the 30mph speed limit and could have side swiped me in the merging lane if I wouldn't have steered to the side & avoided the accident. It also took alot for me to not report this reckless driving to the police due to being on my way to work. Drive better and safer, it can be children or an infant in someone's car that you can injure or kill driving aggressively.

WOW, WOW, WOW, I don't know what else to say. After the freeze of 2021 I tried to contact my local plumber only to find out that he had moved to Austin. I was in a panic with a broken pipe and no water. After contacting several "well known" companies, some who wouldn't respond, some who quoted two weeks for any service and a couple who just blew me off with false promises Bluefrog came through. Despite the overwhelming work load Bluefrog kept in contact with me, provided a service date with in days of contacting them and sent out a fantastic Plumber, Alfredo. They actually got to me a day earlier that promised and Alfredo was absolutely great. He found the leak doing minimal damage to our walls, repaired it and cleaned up before we checked the house for any other issues. Alfredo was professional and great to deal with. On top of all that the price for the repair was totally reasonable. We had one plumber who said it would be $300 just to come by. At a time when plumbing companies could have charged anything Alfredo gave us a very reasonable quote and price. Bluefrog now had a new customer for life. Thank You!

Joshua was very professional and finished the job in a timely manner I would recommend Joshua for any plumbing needs for anyone I know in the future love what he did for me.

We used a couple of other plumbers in the area over the past years, but I never felt like I got a good deal or a fair deal. So, when our sprinkler system main pipe started leaking, I let my yard guys take a whack at it. It still leaked and it was getting to the point that it was completely out of code. My wife called Blue Frog and I expected the same service as the other vendors in the past, but this time was different. They came over to just give me a quote, and they explained it all to me, what needed to be done, and gave me options. We let them replace the entire piece and they even wrapped our pipes for winter when they were done. I left feeling like I had a new plumber and I got a fair deal out of it. It’s like your AC or your car; you tend to be over a barrel it seems when it comes to these issues, and it is nice to see that there are companies out there that are honest.

Very helpful. Honest about the work and also a good salesperson. Looking to doing business with Blue frog again. Especially now these days. It's very hard to find good companies that stand on their word. Awesome service.

Added regulator to natural gas line for Portable Generator. Converted 3 External house water valves to Quarter turn ball valve.

The technician came out promptly. The prices were expensive. I had a clogged line. The first price was $535 just to snake the line 75 feet. Why only 75 feet I don't know. Then if I wanted for him to put a camera down the line it would cost an additional $300. And if I wanted the line cleared with the camera and some other add ones it was over $1000. The $535 work that I could afford didn't unclog the line. I had to get someone else out and they had to snake further than 75feet. So now I am out $535 for work that didn't work. Very expensive company.

Julie was so friendly and expedient when booking our service. Alfredo was helpful and did a great job. They are coming back to help with flow problems and very knowledgeable when working with our insurance company. I have highly recommended BlueFrog!

I was happy with Josh but that's where it ended.
I spent over $1000 to repair broken pipe but when I asked if the repairman would replace the valve to the home main shut off which was part of the line repaired, he refused saying that wasn't part of the contract. So I spent about $500 an hour and they are so profit oriented that they wouldn't replace a cheap valve to satisfy a customer. They have seen the last of my business.
Now as a layman I am on my own to replace something that would have been easy and cheap for them.

I was in panic mode as my toilet and bath tub both stopped up. I looked up plummers and decided on and made an appointment with bluefrog because of all the good reviews.Joshua was here on time and gotta say he is the nicest courteous guy. So straight-forward and professional. Told me what he was going to do and if that didn't work he would try another way. Turns out it was a big tp clog. I'm so happy I went with bluefrog and the price was so affordable. If you are looking for a good honest plummer give them a call and ask for Joshua.

Our home warranty company scheduled their plumber to come out for an emergency overflowing toilets and shower. They never showed. Richard with bluefrog plumbing went totally out of his way to take care of my problem on extremely short notice. We are new customers for bluefrog and they treated us as if we had used them for years. Bret was very professional and I recommend them to absolutely anyone. A+++++++++++

I got the services from blue frog for getting my Pelican salt free water softener installed.

Team was very professional and did a very good job. Though a little expensive than what I thought, I strongly feel it’s worth it.

As they found a little bit of a leakage while finishing the job on 1st day, they came back promptly on the second day and got the job done to its completion.

They took the money as well only after completing the job on the second day.

I would strongly recommend Bluefrog to any one looking for professional installation.

I received a very large water bill and wanted my house checked for leaks right away. I found Bluefrog Plumbing on Thumtack and they were able to send someone out that afternoon. Brett was very professional and knew the plumbing business. He checked and found one leak and some additional issues. He will come back out next week to install new bathroom faucets and a handle for my water cut-off that was broken. I was very pleased with his work.

He was very courteous and professional. They installed two large water heaters in my attic, removed the old ones, and they left everything clean as a pin. I won't hesitate to call on them again!!
