I noticed the water heater had died, my neighbor recommended bluefrog plumbing. I gave them a call noonish on a Friday. The stars were in alignment! I was able to schedule an appointment and a plumber showed up about an hour or so later. Brett assessed the situation. Brett was able to replace the old water heater that afternoon. Brett was professional and didn't leave a mess. I am happy with the service provided.

I had Bluefrog plumbing rebuild an auxiliary gas line to my Weber BBQ grill. They completed the project on time and for the estimated cost. I found this company to be professional and conscientious. I would hire them again.

We had a leak on an outside faucet just before the hard freeze on Monday. Joshua Hinton from Bluefrog Plumbing and Drain of Northwest Houston came out that afternoon and found where the leak was originating. Unfortunately, it looked like it was coming from a pipe associated with our water softener system which was buried behind a bunch of stuff in our garage. Joshua and his helper worked for quite awhile on the problem until it started sleeting. They had to go for a part, so Joshua returned on Tuesday and finished the job.

Joshua Hinton and his helper were so nice and professional. They kept me informed of what work was needed and how they were progressing throughout the job.

This is not the first time we have dealt with Bluefrog, and the results are always the same - professional work at a reasonable cost. They will be my forever plumbing company!

Joshua replaced a toilet and garbage disposal for us today. He also drained and flushed our hot water heater. He arrived on time and left areas he worked in clean. We have used Blue Frog for a few years now and have always been pleased with their prices and service.

We found late one recent evening that we needed a blockage removed from our main line, and quickly. Of the three companies we called, bluefrog called us back immediately, and could have someone out to us early the next morning. They were faster and more attentive than the others we called. Josh came out exactly when scheduled, and got us squared away so quickly and at a very reasonable price. We also learned some things! Josh was super capable and professional, and also very friendly. We will 100% call bluefrog from now on. Highly recommended!

Josh texted me let me know his estimate time of arrival (eta), then he called me to make sure I was at home. He arrived on time, we discussed my issue with my toilet. He cleared my toilet within a few minutes. He was very professional and did an outstanding job.

He took the time to do a complete analysis of our situation and recommended a good solution to fix problem. He is warm, personable and skilled in his profession. I guess he's stuck with us now. We will definitely ask for him the next time we have a plumbing issue.

Blue 🐸 did amazing job of installing the parts needed to get our hot water heater working again and they even fixed our toilets all at very reasonable price! And the customer service was excellent ! Sean gave us options and explained the issues perfectly for us to understand, far from a pushy salesman, just a nice honest guy! Which we appreciated. You guys are awesome! Very professional. The plumber was polite and on time. They called me right before they arrived and explained everything that needed to be done. My AC backed up into my bathroom sink and made a complete mess. The plumber, a very nice young man, was able to complete the work, show me how the work was done and gave suggestions on what to do in the future - to prevent the problem. The price was very fair. Very good pricing.

Had an issue that came up with my yard drains that came up, not an emergency but urgent as pool remodeling was happening- came right out - cleared the drains promptly and saved the day.
