Arrived during service window, during rain storm, and replaced washer faucets allow washer/dryer install. Finished in timely in timely manner for reasonable price. You can’t ask for more than that.

Paul is awesome and will be my go to plumber moving forward. He was on time, provided a fair quote, and cleaned up after the job was done. I highly recommend giving McCary’s a try if you are in need of plumbing services.

I liked the two people that fixed my pee trap leak. They explained what needed to be done. Didn't seem as expensive as it might have been. The job looked professional. My problems were two things. The main issue I had was that the upstairs A/C unit stopped working after they left. I didn't discover this until hours later. I could not find the issue. So we had no upstairs A/C that night. Called A/C tech, he found the pan sensor laying in the pan. I don't know if it was taken off or if it fell off. A/C shuts off if sensor is removed. A/C fixed that immediately. 2nd issue the plumbing tech wanted to install pipe installation of about 18" because they didn't have anymore with them. I am 77, an old man & that attic is hot for me. Doing something like that is not easy especially when it is hard to get to, hot & I'm not sure about what I'm doing.
I gave this company 4 stars because they did a good job & I would probably use them again even though they cost me nearly a $100 more to get the A/C working. I almost gave them 3 stars just for costing an old man more money. They probably accidentally knock off the sensor!!
Just spoke with owner. The sensor was put back on but must have been knocked off in finishing the pipe wrapping. The owner is splitting the A/C bill with me. Feel that this is fair to both of us.

Paul McCary is a very knowledgeable, professional, reliable plumber. I can always count on him whether it's a new installation or a repair job; or an emergency situation. As long as he is in business, he will be my first choice for plumbing jobs.

I discovered wet soggy carpet in my closet yesterday and immediately was concerned. I searched online and saw all the positive ratings for McCary's Plumbing so I chose him. I was not disappointed! He was able to work me in the same day I spoke to him. He set a timeframe and arrived on time. He immediately diagnosed both of my problems and quickly fixed them which took all of 1.5 hours to do drain clean & pipe repair in the attic, plus fix a leaky bathroom faucet. The price was better than plumbers I've used in the past, plus he obviously had experience so I was confident in his assessment and the work that he did. I definitely recommend McCary's!

Paul was very knowledgeable about the indoor and outdoor plumbing job I had him perform. He also took extra time to explain things to me and went out of his way to show me where to get certain extra parts. We had a slow leaking toilet, thankfully the same day I saw the McCary’s truck outside my neighbor’s house. My neighbor said she’d used Mccarys for years and trusted them, turns out all my other neighbors use them also!

We are very pleased with his professionalism and pricing, and the worker he brought to help was also nice and professional. I especially liked that he explained everything he was doing in terms I could understand.

My six month old baby fell asleep while they were woking and once they realized, they tried to work as quietly as possible so as not to wake her. I didn’t even ask them to do that. This tired mom is very grateful!

He discussed my job over the phone and after further details was able to quote me a price and schedule a time to do the work within 48 hours (it was a non-emergency so that was just fine). Paul McClary is a very knowledgeable and experienced plumber. He fixed my kitchen sink, my air conditioner drain problem and unclogged my drainage line from the back yard to the street.He was quick and honest getting everything done. I would recommend him to a friend.

Had a leak in my water heater pipe and had another corroded pipe. Incident happened the evening before, Paul and his crew member showed up around 1pm the very next day after a call to them in the morning. Very impressed with the speediness and professionalism of the repair. Paul seems like good people. Highly recommend this business for repair needs.

We had a cracked toilet tank, which I planned to DIY it, unfortunately the replacement was discontinued and I needed a new toilet, a job I wasn’t prepared for. Luckily, the plumbing supplier referred me to McCary’s plumbing. Paul answered all my questions, he also took care of a rocking toilet issue (from a different company’s bad service)and a bathroom sink issue. I plan to use them again!

A friend referred McCrary's (Paul) to me a couple of months ago because one of my toilets was leaking. Little did I know at the time, that I would be needing him a total of three times in quick succession. We built our house in 1996 and have never had any issues until now. And right when I'm trying to sell my house no less! Haha! But I'm happy to have found him. He's very responsive, knowledgeable and communicates very well, which I appreciate a lot! On the third call he actually found a broken pipe under my garage. He's done a great job, but it ended up being a fairly expensive project, but thank kind of repair just is. So to be clear, that is not to say he's overpriced. It's just painful to pay a lot of money for anything, especially with only a couple of months left before moving. Ha! I actually feel he is reasonably priced, and dealing with someone that comes out quickly and resolves the issues is invaluable. If I was going to continue to live in town, he would be my plumber of choice. I highly recommend him! I'll have to thank Caroline for the referral, the next time I see her!
