Eli came out and fixed my low water pressure issue in 45 minutes. I had another company come out yesterday and they quoted me $2600. We have water pressure back and can bathe and wash our hands and paid less than $200.

We have used Peter and his associates for years, with excellent and professional service. We have most recently used his company for a garbage disposal replacement (which turned out to not be an easy one in our case!), but the plumber worked diligently and did a great job.

Peter came in and help me get covered on my backed up toilet. He helped me get my toilet up and running. Did an amazing job and has great prices. I've had a kitchen sink and garbage disposal installed along with a couple of my toilets replaced. I've also done some piping renovation a laundry room, and replaced all my galvanized steel pipes to PEX on another property I owned (which required a permit with the City of Houston that Peter's Plumbing was certified to work on). Also, I had a broken sewage pipe that was repaired and paid through my AHS warranty with Peter's Plumbing. My water heater was also replaced by Peter's plumbing, and they perform annual maintenance on my machine. And finally, Peter's Plumbing helped me set up my rain water filtration system, a project I had been working on for a few months and needed an extra hand to tie up a couple of loose ends involving high pressure pumps and pressure regulators.

Andrew helped me with answering my questions whenever I would call for an appointment. Certain projects would require an advanced notice (based on urgency), but a skilled technician would always show up to gather an estimate and work on the job. Peter and Charlie are excellent plumbers and will diagnose and usually repair the issue within the same day. For emergency repairs (broken pipes etc), Peter's Plumbing send someone out to fix the problem immediately.
I haven't had any issues and highly recommend their services.

Andrew took my call today and had a plumber come out the same day to replace my water heater. Other companies were trying to charge me more than $3,000 and they did it for way better price and same day. The plumber recommended I go with a tankless conversion and ultimately and ended up doing that.

Tip of the cap to George. He does a great job. Over the last couple months, he's replaced a toilet for us and fixed our backflow preventer for our sprinklers. We've relied on Peter's Plumbing for nearly 10 years, and they do a fantastic job each time.

The plumbing service was top-notch! I recently acquired a fridge, and the delivery team refused to install it because I lacked a shut-off valve behind the appliance. He was efficient, spending less than an hour on the job and even offered to inspect some additional concerns we had. He looked into an odd leak on our kitchen's external wall and suggested it could be a burst pipe. He proposed to return on Tuesday morning to mend it, helping us avoid the higher Sunday rates. As promised, greyson returned on Tuesday, spent around 90 minutes, and had the pipe fixed. Despite my initial reservations based on past reviews, we encountered no issues. I give 5 stars to Bryson and the great service from Sullivan Brothers Plumbing! I had an urgent need for a plumber right before an important trip. They sent Bryson over within 20 minutes of my call. He quickly identified the issue—something we would have never noticed—and resolved it in just another 15 minutes. We did pay a bit more for the emergency visit, but it was definitely worth it. Bryson was friendly, very knowledgeable, and took care of everything efficiently. This isn’t the first time we've called for plumbing help, and the experience is consistently excellent.

Greyson installed a new gas line for our dryer where there wasn’t one before. We also needed a new vent put in, which meant he had to go through a brick wall. Even though it was raining outside, Greyson stayed polite and professional all day. His plumbing work was excellent and definitely five-star quality. By the end of the day, everything was finished up nicely. Later, I noticed my kitchen sink wasn’t getting hot water. After checking the hot water tank, which was very old, I saw that the pilot light was out and couldn't get it to relight. I called Greyson for help, and although he couldn’t come back right away, he tried to guide me over the phone. When it was clear my water tank needed to be replaced, Greyson went above and beyond by connecting me with another plumber he knew who was available right away. This really saved me a lot of trouble. As a new homeowner, I was so thankful for Greyson’s quick thinking and willingness to help. His patience and professionalism made a stressful situation so much easier.

After locating the problem, he assured me it was fixable and got to work on it. Preston accomplished everything necessary to restore my pipes by replacing the one leading into the subfloor and ensuring the condensation water was properly draining outside. The work area was spotless when they finished and everything was put back in its place. The entire process was completed in just a few hours, which was quicker than I anticipated. sullivan brothers plumbing came through for me again in houston. i thought my drain was clogged, so two plumbers from there did a thorough check of the water flow in my house. they found out the real issue was the a/c unit clogging the line. i was very happy with how professional and polite they were. greyson and trenton did a good job and were quick with the disposal installation. they made sure everything was clean under the sink, knowing i had issues with mildew before. i feel confident calling them for any future plumbing needs. no leaks so far and everything works great.

The other company we called before didn’t do any of that, and they charged us much more without getting anything fixed. preston came by to help bryson with finding the problem, and both of them gave us great advice on how to avoid root blockages in the future. bryson even stayed longer to put in a treatment to help keep the line clear, and he was still there when the city water crew arrived. he explained everything to them, which helped everyone figure out the real cause of the issue. i’ll definitely call them again for any plumbing work!
