Just had this driver from this company absolutely cut me off on I-10 and then swerve over to try to hit me. Why would someone driving in a company vehicle ever act in this manner? I would never use this company if this is the representation!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ONE OF THE WORKERS WHITE MALE IN HIS 50’S OR 60’S WITH A GREY BEARD FIRST HE ON HIS PHONE FOR A HOUR OR 2. THEN HE’S DIGGING IN A HOLE WITH MUD AND WATER FROM THE GROUND PLACING HIS HAND ON MY WINDOW. I ASKED CAN HE NOT DO THAT. HE KEPT DOING IT, THEN HE STARTED CUSSING TELLING ME TO COME OUTSIDE TO FIGHT ME. I SAID IM NOT GON FIGHT YOU IM GOING TO CALL YOUR SUPERVISOR, HE STARTED SCREAMING CALL HIM I DONT CARE. COME OUTSIDE AND FIGHT ME. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, AND THEIR BEHAVIOR IS UNACCEPTABLE… LOW CLASS AT ITS FINEST…

UPDATE: THIS COMPANY IS NOT LICENSED TO PERFORM THEIR SERVICES. If you get checked by city officials, they will not accept the trap cleaning services and will issue you a ticket or forced you to find another company who is licensed. If you don’t believe me, contact the city of Houston Health Department. They just did ours last Feb 28 and now I have to find another company to clean out the trap again. Red flag: they do not issue a manifest showing services, giving excuses they forgot, each time.

I am giving only 3 stars due to the fact they did not issue me an invoice to present to the city inspector. They didn’t bring their logbook the day they serviced our business. Romero apologized said he will stop by or send via email. I called 4x over the course of 2 weeks and still no invoice. The check payment has been deposited.

Other than this issue, service was good. Efficiently done and reasonable fees.

Had a emergency at around 7pm and these guys showed up and saved the day and my mental health lol did fast and efficient work would definitely recommend and will definitely be calling them back next time
