We had a small leak from our guest bathroom toilet gasket. I submitted a service request around 7PM. They had a technician at the house by 10AM the next morning. The plumber was very friendly and professional. He identified the problem as a failed wax ring seal and replaced it. We also asked him to check the flush valves in all our toilets. His evaluation was that the existing valves could be serviced rather than being replaced. He also provided a replacement quote.(No pressure on his part one way or the other.)
The man worked efficiently and completed the work within a couple of hours. We've used Blue Frog in the past and will be using them in the future.

I recommend this company 10 stars. Richard and Joshua was very professional. Great/Super customer service. Well explained reasonable pricing. Did a wonderful job with my order. Fix the problem immediately knew exactly what was wrong and max it. Super friendly people. Joshua was a great guy well explained and take pride in his work. Awesome job! Excellent work!

Great work! Our sinks were not draining in our primary, and Blue Frog worked us into their schedule very last minute. We really appreciate it! Josh did an amazing job! He not only caught an issue in how our pipes under the sink were connected, but flawlessly and quickly installed the sink and faucet, leaving everything clean and sleek. Wouldn’t definitely consider him and blue frog again for the future.

The plumber Joshua was very thorough in his diagnosis in finding a leak that we had in our washing machine drain. I would consider him a very qualified and understanding professional, there are fees I am not a fan of but that’s the cost of doing business. But he did his job well and I would consider him a friend.

The Bluefrog team arrived on time to replace a water heater in the attic. They carefully spread covering on the wood floors. Completed the exchange sooner than was predicted. Very knowledgeable and professional. We've found our new plumbers! Hooray!

I found BlueFrog Plumbing by using ChatGPT (although I have First American Home Warranty, I do not like going through them for plumbing projects because I've had really bad/poor experiences with their "preferred vendors" several times -- probably just need to cancel their Warranty services all together, their prices are ridiculous!) - back to BlueFrog, I called and a super nice friendly lady named Whitney answered and helped me with all the questions I had, so I set the appointment to receive a free quote. During the entire process with setting up the appt, the communication between them and me on the appt date and the instructions I asked them to follow WERE followed exactly as I requested 100%! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 It's hard to find this level of service these days. Joshua arrived early but they did let me know which was awesome and he met with us, gave us his professional opinion and what he could do/recommended/gave the quote and after a few minutes of deliberation, I agreed and we proceeded to get a new kitchen sink faucet because the old faucet was not going to be able to be repaired, to many parts had issues and it was time to replace it. He ordered the new faucet and made the 2nd appt, he arrived on time as expected, installed the new faucet quickly and efficiently, price matched his original quote, and he was super courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and thorough throughout the whole experience. So again, I'd highly recommend Joshua and BlueFrog Plumbing. Thank you, Joshua and Whitney, for helping my family! 🐸

Josh technician. I would point that some of the arrangements we talked over the phone were not in the order somehow, but they honor the commitment and did it; now, that is honesty! Fully recommend, you will not go wrong.

I have used Paul and his crew to completely install all new plumbing in my heights house/bungalow. They also plumbed a new bathroom. They even repaired a gas latern and a toilet in a rental property. Everything the crew does is of the highest quality. They work as needed with the city. They communicate well and they are timely. Cannot say enough positive things about their team.

Woke up to no hot water, called at 8 and they were here by mid-morning. I needed a new hot water heater- all was installed by 2. I smelled gas so he came back out within the hour to double checked everything thoroughly (there was no gas escaping). Will absolutely call them again for future plumbing needs.
