Can’t recommend this company enough. The owner Bennett answered the phone and was able to schedule me for same day service. The technician was at my home in under an hour and was very professional and informative in his diagnosis of the issue I was having with a stubborn clog in my bathroom sink. Turns out AC condensation was the culprit. He was able to clear the line and then gave me some advice for preventative maintenance moving forward. Thanks so much Zoom Drain!

I was having some issues with our dishwasher draining issues and hot water issues in the downstairs shower. Alfredo did an excellent job figuring out the source of the problems and walking me through every step of the solution. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

Zoom Drain was amazing to work with. They were very professional and communicated thoroughly throughout the process. They cleared a blockage in our main line and used their hydro jetting machine to completely clean the inside of the line. They finished with a thoroug camera inspection of our sewer system. Overall would recommend 10/10.

Zoom Drain came out last week because of an issue with my kitchen sink. Bennett and his crew were extremely professional, explaining every step along the way. I ended up having my main drain line snaked, then camera, then Hydrojet. They were here well after dark and didn’t complain at all, they wanted to make sure the job was done right. They were even friendly with my very nosey dog who kept trying to “help”. Highly recommend.

This was my 1st time using Zoom Drain. I was referred to the company by going to Angi web page. Zoom Drain scheduled me right away once my information was given to them. My plumber was Alfredo Mendoza and he was very professional and very courteous. Mr.Mendoza gave me options on fixing the clog in my kitchen sink. The price I was given to clean out my clog pipe was a little pricey for me. I am a senior on a fixed income. Alfredo contacted the owner of the company Bennett. Bennett showed interest in working with me due to my finances. Bennett showed me that he wanted my business by working with me to help meet my needs to have the work done. I was very impressed with Bennett the owner and the plumber. The work was done to my expectation. I will use Zoom Drain for my future plumbing needs.

Alfredo was incredibly knowledgeable and shot us straight in what needed to be fixed.

We had a constant pipe leak under our pier and beam home. He came inside the house to check all our bathrooms above the problem area and informed us of potential problems that would need fixing down the line.

Same day fix and informed us throughout the entire process of what was being done. Fairly priced and would recommend for your next plumbing issue.

I hardly EVER leave reviews but I just had to rave about this business! Bennett and his team were incredibly helpful and quick with response! We had an plumbing emergency over the holidays and with family coming into to town and hosting we were in a bind and very overwhelmed with what to do and not sure we would get anyone to come out in time with the holidays and sure enough Bennett and his team were so accommodating and able to get us sorted just in time! Their technician arrived on time, was professional and thorough, and quickly identified that the problem was actually a roof leak. They provided clear photos, explained the findings, and followed up with helpful advice and support. Exceptional service — I’ll definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Being a small business owner facing a new situation, I am WOWed!

We had a plumber come out to help and it lead to our kitchen’s grease trap. He did not have the tools to help.

After asking around, a chef friend mentioned Zoom saying they are quick and have the tools.

Deep breath, I gave them a call. From the get go everyone was kind and helpful, I knew we had met a team that wanted to help us solve this. A truck was sent out and the crew arrived before promised.

Communication was great, Bennet kept in contact throughout the day, and even came out to our location to help.

Understanding & knowing we needed to clear it up today before we opened tomorrow. He promised and had another truck with the equipment needed, just a short while later. They cleaned the grease trap & cleared out our drains. We also got an assessment of our situation and set up routine maintenance.

All in one!
They have the tools and knowledge to help with commercial kitchen plumbing as well as grease traps. We will definitely be recommending Zoom also!

Highly recommend. Zoom drain responded within minutes of posting on Angie’s list and arrived shortly after. The technician Alfredo was extremely knowledgeable and had a warm and comforting personality. He quickly diagnosed and resolved my issue at a fair price as well as pointing out a few potential future issues (without being too pushy). I’ve tried a few different plumbers in the past and zoom drain is who I will be calling back.

Excellent service! Incredible communication from the beginning. They gave me a thorough explanation of their process and after their evaluation, they were able to give me different options to solve my issue. Alfredo and Bennett from Zoom Drain were extremely knowledgeable and professional. I had a sinkhole in my backyard as a result of PVC sewer pipe connected to old concrete pipe at the sewer clean out. The concrete pipe had failed. They gave me a good price and were able to schedule the work right away. They were here on a Sunday and completed the work in half a day. They have been responsive and answered all of my questions. I had estimates from at least 3 other companies and would highly recommend Zoom Drain and Bennett and Alfredo.

Zoom Drain did an excellent job at our home! They jetted the storm drains and main line, cleared grease from the kitchen sink line, and even took care of AC condensation buildup in our bathroom sink. The team was very professional and respectful of our home (shoe covers are an appreciated touch). I really appreciated that they showed us before-and-after photos of the inside of the pipes so we could see the difference their work made. They took great care throughout the whole process, and everything is flowing perfectly now. Highly recommend for all your plumbing and drain needs!
