Above and beyond is all I have to say, The Water Heater Nerds are who I reached out too when I recently had an issue with my shower running cold. They arrived handled themselves with a level of professionalism that you often don’t see dealing with folks in this industry and they completed the repairs quickly and were very transparent with what the issue was and the cost it would take to repair it. I was worried that they would be uncomfortable as I breed Cane Corsos but they were comfortable around my dogs and I never had to put them in their Kennels or the backyard which is a big plus because I often have to do that. I’ll put it to you this way if you have a hot water issue keep this company on speed dial and never look back!

Ray came out to replace my old unit. Great guy quick service, clean and easy install. Would use them again when my other tankless unit goes out.

Excellent service from the top down. I contacted them on January 1st and that same day I received a call from the owner letting me know that they would visit the very next day.

We had to change our water heater and repipe the whole house.

Job was completed in 1.5 days and when they left, it was like they had never been there - super clean work.

These guys are great and well trained. I was super happy with the service and conversation I was able to have with employees. They were able to explain why my water heater was not working properly and why it needed to be replaced. We had a clogged drain and enjoyed showing us through their camera equipment on what our clog looked like and what we needed to do better on our end to avoid this in future. We only know what we know and I like to learn more about how to take care of my house and how to take care of the plumbing side and they will deliver that.

Dr. Cohen is great and very knowledgeable. I have known him many years; however, he has the most unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with. They all act completely overwhelmed and like you shouldn't be there.

I went to Dr Cohen for weight loss. I lost 15lbs but more importantly I love how I feel. The testing was very thorough and he supported me through every step of the journey. Custom plan, recipe ideas, and emotional support throughout.

Dr. Cohen and his staff are so great! They know me by name when I walk in the door, and I might be old school but my OBGYN, other doctors, dentist etc don’t even know me by name so that means a lot to me! Dr. Cohen is knowledgeable, fast paced and gets the job done. He will put you on a strict way of eating, but his staff are so helpful with that. They give ideas and new things to try, because they all eat that way too!! It’s so great to go to a doctor and after 20 years be heard and listened to! I love these guys and would recommend them highly to everyone!
