Thank you Jiuvercito! Earlier this year, CK pools took over the service contract on our pool. I was skeptical at first as I was not familiar with CK Pools or their services. But we were excited to see what they could do to improve the quality and services of the previous pool company. We are extremely pleased with the service and workmanship of Jiuvercito Ramirez, the pool guy! Our pool sparkles and Jiuvercito takes great care of the equipment and our home/yard. The pool service I’ve received is below standards. Multiple times Jose has for some reason drained my spa. When he backwashes the filter, he does not clean out the glass viewer. The baskets at the pool equipment are also not cleaned out completely. Refilling my spa after it’s rained is a waste of my money. I have attached pictures.

CK Pools provides excellent service. After Angel’s weekly visit, the pool is always sparkling clean. I also appreciate the before and after report showing chemical balance and what was added... it’s great to see the data and feel informed.

Since I’ve been using CK pools, I’ve never had my water change colors. Manny is always on time very efficient, very knowledgeable, and very polite. On occasions when my pets have gotten out, he is very pet friendly and kind. I would highly recommend Manny and CK pools to service your pool an event that you’re looking for someone good and trustworthy.

We’ve been using CK Pools for a few years now, and Michael is absolutely fantastic! He handles everything: chemicals, cleaning, and those pesky filter baskets, with total professionalism. Our favorite part? We always know it’s Tuesday because our dogs give him a loud 'bark hello' the moment he arrives!
The billing system is seamless, and Sean is always super responsive whenever we have a question. If you need a reliable pool service, I highly recommend CK Pools. Thanks for the hard work, Michael!

I am very happy with the service that Salvador has done for me. He has made extra effort to work with me on getting to know my dog. I give him treats so he’s able to go in and they actually now look forward to him showing up. Salvador is a very good employee, and I am very pleased with it not only him but everybody that I have worked with.

Hector got some tough spots clean on the pool and let us know we need to add water. He’s great!

Michael always does an exceptional job with our pool. Always punctual, he is a good communicator who always has our pool sparkling! If we ever need other services he lets us know in advance. We highly recommend him.

Great professional full service swimming pool services and repairs. They offer up to two weeks free for new customers.

Slow response time and excuses for poor quality. Our pool water has been green for ages. We’ve used them for a few years and quality and response has decreased only in the past year, so hopefully this is a temporary situation. However, we just chose to let them go and hire a new service.
