Richard did the weekly service on our pool today. He was very thorough and suggested an easy solution to a chlorinated problem. He also answered my questions about preparing for the freeze this weekend.

Juan has been cleaning my pool for years and always does a great job. He is dependable, nice, and remembers to lock my gate back when he is done! Juan is a huge asset to CK pools!

CK pools and Nolberto have been great for pool cleaning service. Their communication has always been top notch and clear about what’s going on with my pool weekly. Highly recommend!

Our service technician “Angel“ has provided us with great service since we have started with CK Pools beginning in January of 2025. Not only has he provided great service but he always has a positive, friendly attitude, willing to provide great customer service. He’s attentive to any requests that we have had and we are most satisfied with his service. Thanks for the great work!

My pool service technician, David has been wonderful the past several months servicing our pool. He is dependable; polite and courteous each and every time.

For months we haven't received sufficient service. Any person who is reading this review is welcome to reach out directly for evidence. I am not a fan of posting negative reviews but after our experience, we have finally decided to cancel service for the month of July 2024. Both my husband and I work many hours, so this is why we chose a pool service. We've given them many chances to correct the issues and behavior.

Issues we have had for service months
(I have pictures and videos)

- no scrubbing or skimming
- no backwash
- filter not cleaned properly
- no reports of equipment issues
- pump isnt turning on now
- reported pump issues myself multiple times and no one will come out for any service order. (The owner, I believe, did stop by one time a couple of weeks ago when we were headed out and said he'd take a look at it, no resolution)
- black algae has taken over the deep end, some in shallow end and spa
- reported black algae nearly two months ago, no resolution
- reported (again and again) most recently on June 21st, the pool guy walks in backyard, takes picture of pool for email report, walks to pump with chemicals, walks past pool and gets in truck drives off.
- Ive seen the former pool guy take off running to leave out of here without doing much.
- one time, I was sitting on back patio drinking coffee, went inside, coffee still hot, looked out front window, pool guy is already leaving house.

If you want an honest pool company that has integrity, I'm not sure if this company is for you. Before we switched to CK Pools, originally we had a family business that would walk us through issues and recommend the most affordable fixes. The reason we left that company was because the owner got Covid Severely and had to push his accounts to CK Pools.

We were quoted approx. 4K for new control panel, no other options, when there are more affordable options. The people working for this company who come out and drop chemicals really aren't able to answer any questions.

I live in a neighborhood where word of mouth goes a long way, where you trust your neighbor to give a good referral on pool company or any company for that matter. I could never recommend them to anyone.

EDIT: on June 22nd, I emailed them saying I did not want to continue service. I paid for the whole month up front for June and they decided to not service my pool for the whole month I paid for. They never showed up last week for service. If you cancel them prior to your full month, they will just not fulfill their responsibilities. Ive never once been disrespectful with them.

Armando with CK Pools always perfectly cleans our pool. Even when it's challenging after a high wind, heavy rain, he restores it to perfection. He's a timely, hard worker that is appreciated!

If I could give zero stars I would! CK Pools damaged my pool heater equipment by improper balancing and causing corrosion inside and then acknowledged fault, and then completely failed to make it right. Despite already accepting responsibility, they refused to refund or properly replace the heater they damaged. After weeks of back-and-forth, delays, and excuses, they finally offered to replace it — but with a cheaper, off-brand heater, not the brand and quality of the original equipment they broke.

To make matters worse, their chemical mismanagement caused extremely high alkalinity, which resulted in guests’ hair turning green — a clear sign of improper water balance and potentially damaging to skin and hair. This is especially alarming for anyone who hosts guests or values safety.

The lack of accountability, professionalism, and urgency throughout this process has been exhausting and IS STILL NOT RESOLVED. This happend in August!

If you value your equipment, your guests, or your peace of mind: RUN. I would never trust CK Pools again and strongly caution anyone considering their services.

Great service as always! Remmy does a great job in what he does. Knowledgeable and answers my questions and concerns or points me to the right direction if he is unaware. He's awesome!

James does a great job on our pool weekly. He is always quick and thorough. Our pool looks great every week. He lets us k is if there is ever an issue. Great service.

During the installation of the pool, Jeremy was always cleaning the pool. He was very friendly and informative when I asked him questions. He did a great job and he was highly recommended. Hope to see him again!

We are so happy with our service from CK Pools. Jose Hernandez is our technician and he always lets us know when he is arriving and does a fantastic job. He is reliable and a very friendly disposition.

CK Pools has been consistent and does a good job. We are happy with them. James is our service person I think. The only thing I’d like to see is a notice of how long we have to wait to swim in the pool after service - our old company in another region left these helpful notices to alert us that they serviced the pool and we needed to wait to swim.

Best pool service I’ve had in 10 years. Tracy really does all the pool maintenance tasks: chemicals, baskets, sweeps side walls, removes debris from top & bottom of pool. His outstanding work ethic is greatly appreciated. BEST OF THE BEST!!

Kevin always does an excellent job cleaning our pool. He puts in the hard work scrubbing the sides and emptying out the cleaner even when no one is watching. Thats character and we appreciate it! Thank you Kevin for all your hard work to keep our pool clean and lasting.

Noah is great. Always shows up on time, does a great job and informs us of any concerns. CK Pools has been wonderful to work with - all their staff are amazing!

So far so good. Benedict and CK Pools have been consistent with their maintenance schedule on our pool, and quick to respond to any needs that have come up. Happy customer!
