We are incredibly grateful to Voda Cleaning and Restoration for the excellent service and outstanding work they provided during my dad’s house fire restoration. From start to finish, their team was professional, responsive, and truly compassionate during a very difficult time for our family. The quality of their workmanship and attention to detail exceeded our expectations, and they made the entire process much smoother than we could have imagined. We highly recommend Voda to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy restoration services.

In the midst of our reconstruction process for the fire loss we had, our pipe busted behind our kitchen sink and left a good deal of water damage. Halston quickly came out on a Sunday and completed the mitigation process by himself. A heroic effort in a time when we really needed the help. They were already helping us out so much on the fire that it was a no brainer to call them for the water. They then handled the reconstruction process too and we were back to normal about as quickly as it could happen. Didn’t lift a finger dealing with State Farm. Thank you again Voda!!!

Our toilet supply line broke and flooded 6 rooms in our house on a Sunday. There was water everywhere! Halston and his team were very quick on the scene, within an hour, to diagnose the issue. They handled every single thing along the way: moving all our stuff offsite, remediation, reconstruction, then moving it all back in. On top of all that, they handled all communication with our homeowners insurance. They made a very stressful situation painless to deal with. I hope this doesn’t happen again, but I am so satisfied with them that I would recommend them to anyone!!

After my son’s fish tank short circuited, a significant fire tore through most of my house and left it unlivable. Thank goodness my family was ok. The fire department came and put the fire out. After being chased by several pushy companies, I was referred to Voda by a friend of mine and I’m so glad that happened. Voda was very quick to separate my contents from what I could save and what I could not, complete the mitigation, get the odor out, remove the mold that developed, and reconstruct my house like nothing ever happened. You can see in the pictures. They also dealt with my insurance so that I didn’t have to. Thank you guys!!

Halston, Logan Justin and team are top notch! Communication is outstanding! They walked me through the water remediation process from start to finish. Demo to dry was about 5 days. I’d recommend them for any personal construction job. They documented my loss professionally and helped me deal with my insurance adjuster directly. True professionals. I’ve worked with others in this industry before but they are so much better! Highly recommended!

Horrible customer service!!! didn't call back like promised, they sent an email that wasn't responded to as promised. Left 2 elderly people waiting with a tree across the house and water damage inside house. I understand that it was a busy time, but if you can't handle the job let the customer know. If you can't respond to customer requests don't be in the service industry

A water leak caused much damage to our home. The team, lead by Jorge Reyes, arrived about 5 hours after being called with a crew. They sprang into action to mitigate the water damage and coordinate drying out the space with dehumidifiers and fans. They also began working with the insurance company to begin the process of assessing the damage and submitting estimates for mitigation, and reconstruction. They are very empathetic and professional.

We were very happy with the service from Servpro. The water remediation as well as the repair work needed after it were done in a very timely and professional manner. House looks like nothing ever happened. Highly recommended.

I had a contractor drill into a water pipe, which caused a large amount of water damage to my home. Jorge and his team were professional, responsive and addressed everything we needed to remediate the water damage. Importantly, they separated themselves from other competitors by making an effort to selectively do repairs in ways that wouldn't completely demolish our home. Further they provided detailed estimates to provide to insurance to get the cost covered, which was also crucial to getting the full cost of the repairs covered. Jorge answered all our questions and was extremely respectful.
