One of the worst experiences. Wont go into details because we are seeking civil suit solution. I do not recommend this co.pany at all from horrible contractors to rude and lazy employees. I recommend any other disaster clean up company because these guys ain't it. Should of just went in a diff direction when they couldn't keep employees employed. More turnover than an IHOP. I'd give negative 5 stars if I could. Who would of thought after a tornado, then hurricane that ServPro would the biggest disaster to hit our family home.

After my sister recommended me this company I don’t regret calling them to service our home. We had really bad water damage from the storm last month and I understand that safety comes first so I waited when it was safe and I called them they came out and quickly took care of the damages. My toilet broke unexpectedly and water went all over the bathroom and into the hallway, I called Servpro of Houston Heights and they were at my place really fast, Jonathan was the one I spoke with and he was so professional and kind, he explained exactly what needed to be done and made sure I understood each step, the crew set up all the drying equipment right away and checked everything until it was completely dry, they made the whole process so much less stressful and I’m so grateful for how quickly they got everything back to normal

Servpro of Houston Heights recently completed water remediation, construction and pack in/out for our home. Throughout the process, the entire team were professional and expedient. When we arrived from vacation we found that our ceiling had collapsed from a water leak. We immediately called Servpro of Houston Heights and Mr. King arrived with an hour of our call. He and his team began the job and completed the project to our complete satisfaction. Mr. Jorge Reyes worked closely with our home insurance to ensure that funding for the project was released. We had considerable damage inside our walls after the summer of storms and called SERVPro to come out and demo and reconstruct the areas where we had damaged. I was very impressed with the team! They finished quickly, showed up immediately. They were very communicative about progress and costs. Importantly, they worked very cleanly and there was very little dust after they were done. I have a lot of trust in them and appreciated their expertise in getting the house back to 100%.

This Servpro location worked seamlessly with my insurance company to determine the scope of work. They then monitored the progress and compliance of the repairs with the contractor. I can’t find the words to appreciate Delight and his team. They came and took care of my home from the mold damage to my house.
