Steven, Jeff, and Julio did a great job, they worked quick, efficient, and respectfully. Also providing any information to questions we had.

Our home recently suffered substantial water damage. We contacted PuroClean, and they responded very quickly. They began de-watering and salvage the following day. Mr. Gabriel Dargin was the site supervisor and contact. Throughout the project, he was available, responsive, and treated us with respect and compassion. I truly appreciated presence and his work ethic. All the work was performed to my satisfaction, and consistent with scope of services outlined in the proposal. One issue, unrelated to Gabriel's performance, was the lack of English-speaking personnel (other than Gabriel) in the work crew. There were instances when the inability to effectively communicate with the crew became problematic.

Puroclean and Jenny’s crew were amazing! They took a fire, smoke and chemical damaged apartment to a cleaned, neatly packed space that was ready for a move. They alleviated so much stress for me when I was at rock bottom. There are no words for my gratitude.

Very professional and kept in contact and informed of entire process. All items removed were done in a clean professional manner. Debris/ Sheetrock were packaged and placed on curb side in organized manner for debris trucks to pick up.
Removal and cleanup were started and completed within a few days. This is a huge step into the rebuilding process for many in Southern Louisiana.

Though understanding that a lot of equipment had to be brought in and plastic barriers were put up to prevent dust and dirt, Micheal and guys did a great job coming in and getting right to work drying out everything that needed to be dried out. I am totally satisfied with their work.

They installed new kitchen counters, lights, fans, custom wall coverings and hung high ceiling curtains etc. Everything was done very professionally with a lot of attention to details and in a timely manner.

The mitigation team were very helpful and courteous in the process. Julio was very supportive and flexible in his approach with the customers.

Our experience with PuroClean of Central SW Houston was filled with unnecessary stress. While they did complete the mitigation successfully, we waited months for a restoration bid and ultimately had to move forward with another company. Management, particularly Mike Reznicsek, communicated in a rude and unprofessional manner, which only added to the frustration.

Although our insurance company mailed both mitigation and contents checks on October 29, PuroClean withheld our property until November 10. During that time, they attempted to charge storage fees for delays caused by their own rescheduling. When we suggested pursuing legal action to protect our rights, Mike stated it would “significantly delay” our delivery. I considered this statement a direct threat, retaliatory and inappropriate.

Shortly after that unpleasant interaction, we received a strange call asking if we had any of their equipment, even though their crew had already removed everything back on July 14. The timing of that call felt odd and unprofessional.

That said, I do want to recognize the individuals who did their jobs well. Gabriel, who oversaw mitigation, was informative and helpful. Esmeralda, who managed the pack‑out and pack‑back, was extremely professional, and her team handled our items with great care.

Ultimately, our contents were delivered, but only after repeated follow‑ups and firm deadlines. While some team members showed genuine professionalism, the overall process was disorganized, stressful, and marred by poor management. If you choose this company, protect yourself: keep detailed records, involve your adjuster directly, and be prepared to stand firm.

Our water heater busted in our attic & flooded our living room, master bedroom & garage. Gabriel D. was the remediation specialist who came out & took great care of us. He was super informative, friendly and professional. Gabriel kept in contact with us & answered all calls even on a holiday weekend. He & his crew did a very good job remediating the house & cleaning up. We highly recommend their services.

We had the most seamless experience working with Puroclean team from the very first phone call. They were incredibly responsive and caring and professional. The workmen that showed up to do the work did an excellent job and were incredibly kind and efficient. No one ever wants to have a major problem with their house there but the quick response and impeccable work has made it, as good as an experience like this can get, I would definitely use them anytime. I NEVER have problems contacting them or getting them to contact me. They are super responsive. Our coordinator Mariano made this job an incredibly successful one.

The lady did an amazing job cleaning she was moving quickly in a timely fashion next thing I know she had a supervisor come into my home to watch over her NOW she was doing great at 1st but when he came she started moving slowly, slowing down….excuse me I understand it’s by the hr but this job should of been finished within 2 hours of the time she started working on her 3rd hr my problem was the (FRIDGE ONLY) and don’t get me wrong she was doing great at 1st I give her that until her supervisor came. I believe this company tries to get as much as money out of you as possible I had to stop them because they were cleaning mess while creating another mess they used my tub to wash and left it disgusting I will never go through them again for the money I spent I could of got better service else where!

Juan Esparza and his team did an excellent job with the mitigation at my husband’s property. They were attentive, respectful, and highly professional throughout the entire process. Juan even took the time to explain the reconstruction process after mitigation, which made us feel comfortable and well-informed.

PuroClean did a great job from start to finish. George the remediation specialist and technician Santos were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. They explained the process step by step and all went according to plan. They kept the area cleaned during and after the job. I would definitely recommend them for your water mitigation needs.

The PuriClean technicians, in particular Steven P., were very responsive, considerate, and professional. Steven did a great job of isolating the damage, deploying drying equipment, and arranging demo and removal of damaged appliances. When the work was completed he ensured we had a MICA report in hand.

Great company, they take care of all the process from the begining to the end with your insurance company. We got a leak, the recomended a great plumber and took care of the water, I did not spend a single dime, only my deductible, definetly recomend.

Puroclean was a vendor organized by our insurance when our washing machine flooded our downstairs. While we are still in the middle of our remediation/reconstruction, I can tell you they have been the most responsive, proactive, informative and professional businesses we have worked with in regard this disaster! I most appreciated the lead on this job, George Lopez. He was 5star all on his own, but each person on the team has been pleasant and super respectful to us as homeowners going through a disaster. Would recommend them to anyone.
