I have been using Maid Pro for about a year now & have been very pleased with their services. They are very reliable & professional in all aspects . Kelsey just cleaned my house this week & I was very pleased.

I have been using Maid Pro in Atascocita for a few months now. The owner, Brian Long, is excellent and genuinely cares about the service he and his team gives. They follow a 29 point cleaning check list and there is a team of two that take about 3 hours to clean my entire house. Another perk, is they are insured and bonded, so you know you are covered in case anything happens. On the first visit, he did a walk through with his team to make sure the appropriate areas were cleaned and noted any off limit areas/items, i.e. speakers, ect. After every single visit, I receive a follow up email to see how the service went and if there are any areas that need improvement. Brian is very courteous in finding solutions to any areas that need more work and truly wants to have the service customized to my needs. I have monthly cleaning and receive an email a couple days before to remind me. Give them a chance and after two to three visits they will be doing everything to your liking. I’m hooked and highly recommend MaidPro of Atascocita; you will be happy you found them!

While the three ladies were nice did a decent job in most areas, for a deep clean and for what we paid for this particular clean, we were pretty disappointed overall. We aren't being picky, but here are the things that we noticed were not done well that are included on your check list.

Master bedroom glass top night stands were dusted, but the glass was left dirty. Same for glass tables in the game room.
1/2 the chair rails in the dining room were not cleaned, and I mentioned they needed it.
Top of the refrigerator was left dusty and uncleaned
None of the switch plates in the kitchen were cleaned.
Blinds downstairs were only partially cleaned; there is about a 1/4 inch of dust still on all blind slats. Upstairs was done well.
No furniture was dusted underneath, even where it was easily reachable.
NONE of the kitchen cabinet faces were cleaned.
Laundry room was not cleaned well, nor were the blinds cleaned at all in there.
At least 30%-40% of painting frames were not and/or only partially dusted; and we have a lot
Mirror over my wife's dresser was not cleaned, nor was the wood top of the mirror frame dusted
Inside of the microwave is still dirty...has food splatter stains.

I emailed the owner who never replied and left the same feedback to their feedback system. I never heard a word. I'd NOT recommend them, at all.

My Wife became ill and we canceled our regular cleaning due to her being admitted into the Hospital. Upon her release, i called Brian (the owner)to see if he could possible clean our Home before My Wife returned. Brian changed everything around and somehow had the pros out the next morning on scheduled time as usual. Brian himself took time out of his busy day to even come by to check on my Wife's condition and make sure the House was cleaned. My Wife smiled when she arrived Home and latter passed away in our sparkling Home. That is the kind of Company that cares not only about your Home,but you as well.

I have used Maid Pro for years. They have a fantastic staff and the owner Brian does an excellent job accommodating schedule fluctuations. After trying several subpar maid services before with tremendous dissatisfaction, I couldn’t be happier with Maid Pro.

Maidpro is amazing! Ashley. M is so nice to all of my fur babies. Everything is always spotless after her visit. I could not be happier.

Staff was very professional and professional. Lisa listened to my wishes and concerns and even pitched in to assist in cleaning when co worker Ariel had to leave early. Ashlyn did a great job cleaning as well. I'm very satisfied with their work and would recommend them to my friends and neighbors

Brian is so customer service focused and is absolutely amazing at ensuring we are pleased with the service he provides us. Once again, I would totally recommend MaidPro to anyone looking for services!!!! Theresa is awesome, probably hard to get scheduled because she is so great, but she is a great resource for other employees of this business and sets a great example for the other Pros!!

MaidPro has done a wonderful job for for 5 years!! Windy always shows up and always does a great job! She knows I have 4 pets and the pet hair is a huge deal for me so she pays attention to that. I love it, such a big big help and i know every two weeks i get a big break on house work!!! Thanks you Windy!!
