Leslie is so sweet and always goes above and beyond! She has cleaned our house for years, and our neighbors’ houses. 10/10 ;)

She has great customer service & is very nice. Also did an amazing job deep cleaning my home. I’m on my third cleaning and I have been highly satisfied every time.

Its a total unprofessional place.
The lady gives us a date and does not show up at all.
complete month she came only once and she was getting worried about getting paid for that service rather than coming on time to clean the office.
Do not recommend it to anyone.

Leslie is falsely accusing our company just because I wrote the correct review
it was decided she would service the company for 4 times a month.
The first time she charged me 120 dollars even though it was not communicated in the beginning. I paid her with no issues as it was 1st time. the due date on the invoice was 7of the every month.In February 2024 she comes only one time even after repeatedly texting and confirming the times.
she changes the date to Feb 29 as the due date to pay the bill
I told her nicely that the due date is on March 7 and have paid her her dues on march 6
Now she is harassing me by text saying she wants to come and meet us at the office so we can remove the review
We read the reviews before hiring her company but looks like it was a mistake as she do not know how to treat the customers..
When she saw the review we wrote on her company she called us and started screaming on the phone. The entire office could hear her.

As for the wrong answer she has posted we have never had several companies come to clean the office at all. She was already paid before she posted her reply..

Leslie just left our home. Oh my goodness!! What a change. I feel like we went from rags to riches! We couldn't ask for a kinder, more professional, thorough job than what Leslie was able to accomplish. We immediately set up reoccurring service based on the awesome job Leslie did!

I cannot recommend this business enough! Leslie is amazing. Great attention to detail, efficient and professional. She has been cleaning for our family for over 5 years. We love her!

OMG! I love Leslie! She was on time, does an amazing job cleaning and surprisingly, it didn’t take as long as I thought would. I’m always on the go and it’s hard to keep things tidy when living a fast pace life. The last cleaning crew did a horrible job and it 3 of them! Leslie did amazing and she was BY HERSELF! I will continue to do business with her….bonus she’s so sweet, very professional. Highly recommend.

Called for a move out cleaning of my apartment just enough to get my security deposit back. Not only was she able to squeeze me in for the next day Leslie and the lady working with her did an amazing job and did way more than they had to. The apartment wasn't even as clean when I moved in

The Cleaning Authority has been wonderful to work with! We have a very large house and the first visit, Vanessa, Lupe and Maria spent ALL day and part of the next one doing a deep cleaning. They come every two weeks to clean a floor on a rotating schedule. I have been extremely pleased...their work is excellent and they work as an efficient team. I can highly recommend!

Go with this team, you won't be disappointed. The sign of a great company is how they respond when things don't go to plan. Special thanks to Tyler, Jennifer and Dakota who make me smile every time I walk in after they've come, including the time I accidently upped the temp to 80 inside. I felt horrible but they never mentioned anything yet still did a fantastic job.

I haven't had my house cleaned professionally since the pandemic started. With 5 kids at home, I was feeling overwhelmed trying to keep it up on my own and especially since my in-laws are coming to visit tomorrow. My cleaning team did an amazing job! I love the attention to detail they have with the bedrooms and baseboards They even cleaned under my couch cushions! It feels great to have the entire house cleaned at the same time. Can't wait to have them come clean again!

Janice and Kaily from The Cleaning Authority came to my home today for the initial cleaning. They did a beautiful job and the house looks very nice.

I have been using the Cleaning Authority for about 2 years now. Before I decided to use their services, I had a consultation visit with the owner. He spent over an hour with me answering my questions, explaining how their cleaning program worked (I really like the cleaning rotation model they have in place) for and then walked through our home in order to give me a quote for their service. I was very impressed with him, the company as well as the price. I have had the same crew for almost 2 years now and they are wonderful!! They do a great job and I am VERY happy with the service I have been getting. Anytime I’ve had questions regarding billing, scheduling or anything else, they (both the owner and his assistant) have returned my calls promptly and have always worked with me on scheduling changes, additional cleanings or anything else I’ve needed. I am very satisfied with The Cleaning Authority and would highly recommend them!!
