Team 4 cleaned today. They were all so sweet and did a wonderful job. I am very pleased!

I don't always leave posts, but I'm so appreciative of the continued great service I'm receiving from the Cleaning Authority. Team #5 (Margarita and Teresa) was up again and did not disappoint. Great job guys.

Not great (may be an understatement). They leave behind a list of things done and the list isn’t even finished. They won’t make my son’s bed because it’s a low loft bed. It is reachable while standing to just straighten the sheet and blankets but it gets left I touched because I was told “it’s unsafe”. I climb up in this bed and have zero issues myself. The couch that states vacuumed and wiped is untouched by them. The bathroom countertops are hardly wiped and not scrubbed at all. They refuse to move a small tray to wipe the counter. They sweep around bathroom rugs and the corners of the floors are where all the dirt is pushed. 10/10 recommend just cleaning your own house. For the price I’m very disappointed. My spouse told me after the first clean to give them a chance. Well 3rd time is a charm and I don’t need to come home to clean a home I’ve paid to clean. No thanks!
The only reason I gave 2 stars is they do put cleaner somewhere so it smells like fabuloso when you come home 😂 pretty sure it’s on my front rug

This is the absolute worst cleaning service I’ve ever used. They brought in 3 people to clean a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 1000 sq ft apartment and our apartment looked exactly the same when they left as it did before they even started the “deep clean” I prepaid $300 to have done. I’m so mad at myself that I paid that amount of money because they used “eco friendly” “clean” “green” products. One of their bottles had “windex” written on it and I asked the cleaner if it was actually windex and she replied yes. I asked her why they would use toxic products and she just shrugged. They drug mold from my master bathroom shower into the bathroom floor with their mop and into the guest bathroom and just left it there until I told them they had to clean that mold off the floor before they left. Please do yourself a favor and don’t book this company. I deserve a full refund but was only offered for them to come back when they are clearly not capable of deep cleaning such a small space. Save your money! The photos I included are of all the mold they left in my shower🤦🏾‍♀️

The team that came was friendly and professional and even though I was embarrassed by my messy house they made me feel like it really wasn’t that bad. They did an amazing job cleaning our home and I can’t wait to have them back out in two weeks.

We love April. She's thorough, respectful and loves our puppy. It's always nice to come home from a long day at work to a clean and good smelling hone.

Paid for my father’s home to be deep cleaned, and was told by office manager that baseboards were included. Baseboards went unaddressed. I paid for an extra hour so the cleaners wouldn’t rush. I never received a call about needing more time, otherwise I would have happily paid. Instead, my father ended up cleaning the baseboards himself which defeated the whole point of me paying. When I called and asked the office manager about this, I was told I would get a call back when the supervisor was in. It’s been 2 weeks, nothing. Would not recommend!!

Update: In response to the owner’s comment, I still haven’t received a callback from the owner. I stand by my point that I did pay for an extra hour and never told anyone not to exceed that time. Initiallyc, I was quoted 2 hours and I paid for the extra hour. I would have paid more happily. Please do not use the service or maybe not this location as they will be dismissive and unresponsive.

The owner of this company, Tom, has done an outstanding job in not only handling a situation that arose but has provided our family with an amazing crew to clean our home. Team 4 has gone above and beyond to have our home in awesome shape for the holidays. We have trusted Tom's company for over four years now and will continue to do so. Tom's commitment to outstanding customer service is second to none. Having a trusted source to go to for a clean home is sometimes difficult to find. The Cleaning Authority provides that and much more. Thanks Tom!

Omg unbelievable!
I have a gifted service and I almost cried at how amazing of a job these ladies have done! This was my second time. First was the A&B cleaning them today the first of regular…I’m beyond WOW’d!
Even a perfect little bow with my toilet paper. Such care for my bathroom items on shelves…and my plants in the kitchen. Kind and personable, just as the ladies who came last month were. (I tore off the bow so I could keep it to show the other family members 🤗🥰😍)

These folks are awesome! Always friendly, reliable, and they love my cats, which is a huge win in my book.

This was our first experience with a cleaning company and we couldn't be happier. Two workers arrived on time, with all their equipment and cleaning chemicals, and worked diligently for three and a half hours and the house is much brighter. A company official spot checked their work part way through the process. They cleaned places that we had never touched and we're delighted with the results.

I’ve always been happy with The Cleaning Authority. I used them years ago and just had my third clean today. I’m so impressed with everything about this company! They are fast and efficient, they truly pay attention to detail. Being a single mom of two can be so challenging. They help me with my peace of mind and my budget.

The crew, <shout out to Team #9: Kayla and Tyler> was on time and the supervisor came by within the first hour to check on the service. Love the fresh vacuumed look on the furniture and carpet!! Looking forward to the future. Will check back soon.

Just had my home cleaned by team #5. Teresa and Margarita did an outstanding job and I'm very very pleased. Despite missing a couple of things I can see I'd say they were perfect! I hope they can clean for me again. Looking forward to using The Cleaning Authority!

We used The Cleaning Authority for the first time this week. OMG! they were amazing. Monica and Yadira were so friendly ,very detailed and cleaned just about every inch of our home. Don’t think our house has ever been this clean. Our bathroom sinks shines and shower pan was bright white. Don’t know what they used but I tried everything even bleach and couldn’t get shower that clean. I highly recommend this company.

I got the detailed A & B cleaning done. And let me just say I really wanted to like this company because they are very professional and very easy to work with. the team arrived on time and were very friendly. They finished my entire home fairly quickly which I was shocked about. They asked if I had looked around before they left but I’m the type of person that likes to look without having eyes on me so I told them I will look when they leave. After they left I immediately saw that they did not vacuum the sectional or even fix the pillows at that. I wanted to let that slide because it’s not that huge of a deal to me but I kept finding things that were not even wiped down. I was very disappointed that I just kept finding things that were not completely clean so I called the next morning. Like I have mentioned before they are super professional and they offered to come that same day to correct what was not done. I was very pleased that they came to “correct” things and they apologized for not cleaning certain things that were included in the detailed cleaning but if I’m completely honest they still didn’t clean right. I’m a very easy person to please but things were left DIRTY.

Brooke and Katie of Team 8 made a wonderful introduction to TCA I look forward to having them or their friends back in 4 weeks, they were also polite to my pets and my baby at the end of their visit and hit every one of the spots I was worried would be missed. Stellar job by them. Literally sparkling!

They were very good cleaning on a very dirty home. Next time will be easier on them and great for me. I appreciate them very much.

Team number five, Myris and Yudita did a fabulous job cleaning my house they took extra time to thoroughly clean the shower glass doors, which look amazing now😀. Thank you very much💕
